The Mobile Energy Centre program (MEC) deepens students’ understanding of the challenges associated with electricity production and integrates NB curriculum through experimentation with our hands-on learning lab.

The MECʼs 2-year travel is CARBON NEUTRAL
Between 2013 & 2015, driving the trailer around NB has generated 11 tons of carbon emmissions. We have partnered with Community Forests International to purchase offsets for that amount in the form of reforestation carbon storage. Le Centre d'Énergie Mobile (CEM) permet aux élèves d’approfondir leur compréhension des enjeux associés à la production d’électricité tout en intégrant les programmes d’étude par le biais d’expérimentations avec notre laboratoire d’apprentissage interactif.
