Our 93rd Anniversary Conclave was a grand success and we owe a great deal of gratitude to each of you for your level of participation and cooperation. I am personally thankful for the manner in which you welcomed me to the office of International Executive Director. Your well wishes and prayers kept my spirit high as we convened in Charlotte, North Carolina for what proved to be an enjoyable time for all. It is my sincere hope that the services we provided each of you exceeded your expectation and made your visit to Charlotte memorable. Congratulations to the host chapter, Beta Rho Sigma, members of the General Board and Conclave Planning Committee as well as the International Headquarters Staff and volunteers for championing the cause and ensuring that our 2007 Conclave was simply the best! Please know that as we march on, no one will work harder than the headquarters staff and each day we are committed to making something positive happen. We are here to provide the best quality service possible to you, our brothers. May we continue to carry on in the true Spirit of Sigma, helping to heal the ills that stagnate our communities. The 93rd International Conclave set sail on Tuesday, July 31, 2007, even though many Sigma Brothers and guests landed in The Queen City of Charlotte, NC as early as Sunday and Monday. At the end of the week long celebration, Conclave 2007 represented the highest number of attendees in the history of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. The Westin Charlotte served as the headquarters hotel, with the Hyatt Regency Charlotte, Holiday Inn, The Blake and Marriott Charlotte hotels also providing accommodations, as well as hosting special events. The mighty Beta Rho Sigma Chapter of Charlotte, NC was the host chapter offering a plethora of activities, special events and southern hospitality. Thanks to the Conclave Planning Committee, Management Team, Corporate Headquarters Staff and brothers of the Southeastern Region, under the direction of Brother Christia Rey, Phi Beta Sigma brothers, Sigma Beta Club members and women guests enjoyed a spectacular convention filled with first class events, a wide range of fun activities and a vast selection of health and self development workshops and learning labs.

“The Power of One,” the spiritually riveting Opening Ceremony for Conclave 2007 prepared the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma and citizens of Charlotte, NC for a time to be remembered. Leaders representing the affiliate organizations of the National Pan Hellenic Council, along with Charlotte’s top brass, welcomed the Brotherhood with gifts and presentations of well wishes. Four of the nation’s most revered Sigma men were honored for a lifetime of achievements in the three program areas with Brother Captain Ron King receiving the coveted Power of One Award. Honorees LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in BIGGER & BETTER BUSINESS Honorable Brother Dr. Marshall B. Bass Brother Michael Brent Bass is President, Marshall B. Bass & Associates. He served as Director for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. from 1984-1989 and Vice President for R.J. Reynolds Industries from 1982-1983. In 1988 he domonstrated his commitment to children when made a generous contribution to help found the Best Choice Center. Through his work with the center, he decided to focus on the needs of organizations that serve children and formed The Marshall B. Bass Best Choice Center Endowment Fund.
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in EDUCATION Brother Dr. Willie J. Gilchrist Brother Dr. Gilchrist is the 9th Chief Executive Officer of Elizabeth City State University, having been appointed chancellor on March 15, 2007. With an extensive background as an educator and college administrator for over 30 years, he last served as superintendent of Halifax County Schools (NC) since 1994.
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD in SOCIAL ACTION Brother Honorable Edolphus Towns Brother Towns is serving his 12th term in the United States House of Representatives, re p resenting Brooklyn, New York’s 10th Congressional District. He is a member of the exclusive Energy and Commerce Committee. Through his committee apointments, Rep. Towns has worked to enhance consumers’ privacy protections on the Internet, develop initiatives to reduce asthma, and bridge the digital divide.
THE POWER OF ONE AWARD Brother Captain Ron King Brother Ron King is a Chaplain, United States Navy. In honor of our brothers dedicated to serving in the armed forces, King is cited for his heroic accomplishments throughout his 20+ years of service. He is the recipient of the coveted Leftwich Award, gven for outstanding leadership while on active duty as a company or battery commander with ground forces of the Fleet Marine Force.

All media outlets of Charlotte, NC’s press was alerted to the arrival of the Men in Blue during the Press/Media Conference. Once established, the brothers came ready to handle the business of Phi Beta Sigma. First Time Attendees received their special orientation facilitated by Bro. Charles H. Talbert of the Great Lakes Region. The Opening Business Session deemed that a quorum was established and that the fraternity’s business could commence. After the grand processional of the General Board, The Honorable Brother Arthur R. Thomas,Esq. immediate past international President, performed the honors of officially introducing the 32nd International President Brother Paul L. Griffin, Jr. The standing conference committees began to assemble carrying out their various charges, while those seeking international offices prepared for a Town Hall Meeting with the Candidates. Sigma men world over arrived in Charlotte with a thirst for learning. Learning Labs were presented in three tracks: Leadership Development, Personal Development and Professional Development. Some of the topics included “Improving Your Leadership Effectiveness”, “Mentoring African American Men”, Sigma Micro Inequities: A Barrier for Organizational Growth.” Some brothers boarded shuttle buses, while others manned the Charlotte heat, and headed to hear The Honorable Brother Dr. Dudley Flood, keynote the Developing & Inspiring Leaders Luncheon. Bro. Flood commanded the afternoon with a slide spitting presentation, culminating with a well deserved standing ovation.

The Founders of Phi Beta Sigma set the stage for rendering quality service to the community. Brothers and guest were able to capture glimpses of the fratenity’s cherished history with the Grand Opening of The Sigma Museum. The Founders Award Breakfast was themed, A Salute to Our Founders and sponsored by the March of Dimes Foundation. The breakfast honored regions, chapters and members for rendering stellar service to their respective communities. Also participating were our corporate partners American Cancer Society. A highlight of the morning was the honoring of the fraternity’s Model Alumni Chapter and Model Collegiate Chapter.
The Distinguished Service Chapter
The Distinguished Service Chapter (DSC) and the DSC Wives presented their annual Teddy Bear Drive to Charlotte, NC Police Department. Seven esteemed members of Phi Beta Sigma were newly inducted into the organization’s highest body of achievers, The DSC. Under the direction of The Honorable Sylvester Davis, President-DSC, a special dinner was held in their honor, and the DSC Induction Ceremony was presented with great fanfair.

Please note that Phi Beta Sigma has arranged for registrants to secure one room per registrant. You will be required to pay in advance for one night’s room rate and taxes when making your reservation. This time is needed for us to provide the hotel with the name of each Conclave registrant. Celebrating the Dream The Power of One Fulfills the Vision through Administration Achievments When Phi Beta Sigma brothers gather in the Crescent City for the 95th Anniversary Conclave, we will come together from all parts of the nation to celebrate the success of one unified effort. The power of one fraternity to make a difference in the lives of many, will be highlighted during our week-long schedule of activities. Here are just a few of the notable accomplishments and initiatives that will be celebrated in the City of New Orleans.
Phi Beta Sigma’s Five Year Countdown to its Centennial Celebration 2014 On January 9, 2009, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. launched the five-year countdown to its celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the founding of the fraternity on the campus of Howard University in 1914. Several events were held in the Washington D.C. area which marks the preparation as we approach this milestone in the history of our organization. Events included the following: • A Past International President’s Welcome and Rededication Ceremony • An in depth meeting with Howard University officials to discuss University involvement • A processional and Wreath-laying ceremony at the Alpha Chapter Monument • A processional and Wreath laying ceremony at the grave site of Most Hon. Founder Abram Langston Taylor • A meeting with the President of the A. Philip Randolph Institute to explore the feasibility to erect a statue of Br. A. Philip Randolph • A reception with a 100 year scroll book signing hosted by Alpha Chapter
The Centennial Celebration Committee is being led by Centennial Co-Chairmen (and Past Presidents) Hon. Br. Peter M. Adams, Esq. (30th), Hon. Br. William E. Stanley, Jr. (28th), and Hon. Br. Carter D. Womack (27th &29th). Under their leadership, several sub-committees have been created to perform the groundwork preparation leading up to the event.

Celebrating the Dream Phi Beta Sigma’s Signature Program Soars with Success The 2007 International Conclave voted to position Sigma Wellness as the fraternity’s Signature Program. Under the Sigma Wellness umbrella, our three international program areas would cohesively build stronger and more viable communities. Today, the impact of Sigma Wellness is experienced not only by our corporate service partners, and chapters worldwide, it has greatly benefited the communities we serve. We are at the table! Our relationship with the American Cancer Society and March of Dimes has unfolded to unprecedented levels of achievement. Your leadership has attended annual review meetings and strategic planning meetings with ACS and MOD national leadership. Since July 2008, Phi Beta Sigma’s contribution to our corporate service partners has reached over $87,000 ($37,000 through ACS’s Relay for Life and $53, 000 through MOD’s March for Babies). Our chapter philanthropic giving has increased over 40% from last year. The Sigma Wellness Initiative Tool Kit was distributed to over 450 chapters. The tool kit consisted of a CD, program guide and general information. Phi Beta Sigma received our first Federal Grant for our Conversation Among Brothers by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. This is another milestone in our efforts to Heightened National Response to the HIV/AIDS Crisis among African Americans.
The Sigma International Leadership Academy (SILA) Becomes A Reality Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity carried out fully the 2007 Conclave mandate to develop future leaders. In August 2008 the first summit of the Sigma International Leadership Academy convened and endorsed a blueprint for the early planning stages of the Academy and SILA’s mission. The mission is to provide a practical framework that enhances brothers’ capacity to think and to engage in critical dialogue and to effect personal, organizational and environmental mandates to meet the diverse societal demands facing today’s leaders. The first phase of the strategic plan was achieved. The second phase was completed through the establishment of the SILA faculty. Twenty-Six (26) Sigma Men, through a nationwide call for credentials, have been selected to serve as SILA faculty

Celebrating the Dream Phi Beta Sigma in ACTION: Donates $10,000 to Clinic in Nigeria As a proud partner with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the Heightened National Response to the HIV/AIDS Crisis among African Americans campaign, Phi Beta Sigma leaders recognize the devastating effects of the pandemic around the world, especially the continent of Africa. Phi Beta Sigma contributed $10,000 to The Willie-Esther Foundation, Inc. The contribution is being used to build a wall around a civic center/health clinic in Awako, Nigeria. The Willis-Esther Foundation, Inc is compassionately dedicated to assisting the needy in Nigeria, Africa and the United States. The focus is on education and the health of the helpless. The multi-purpose Civic center at Awako will be used for community activities and for taking care of HIV/AIDS afflicted people and prevention of infection, education, free testing and referrals, counseling and support services.
The Inaugural Alain Leroy Locke Honors Chapter Proposed for Collegiates At the February 2009 General Board Meeting, a motion was passed to present to the Conclave body, the development of the Alain Leroy Locke Honors Chapter. Inductees into the esteemed chapter represent Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity’s collegiate members with high scholastic performance and achievement.
Phi Beta Sigma to Build Home with New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity On March 21, 2009, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity presented a check for $85,000 to New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity (NOAHH) to make the dream of home ownership one that is attainable for all lowincome families. The funds will go to pay for the land, building materials and sub-contractors for a New Orleans Habitat home which will begin construction in July during the International Convention. Members will have the opportunity to work side by side with the family who will be purchasing the home.

Other Key Terms and Definitions International Standard and Awards Committee An international standing committee appointed by the Fraternity’s President consisting of 2 members of each region and a chairman. This committee is responsible for developing and evaluating Fraternity standards as well as the development of policies around chapter standards and operations. This committee is also responsible for managing the Fraternity’s Awards and Recognition Process. Annual Chapter Report The Annual Chapter Report is required to be submitted on an annual basis. This is the formal report as defined by the Fraternity’s Constitution. This report will be used as a resource that supports results in the chapter self-assessment tool. Electronic Program Implementation Assessment Form (PIA) The electronic Program Implementation Assessment Form known, as the PIA is the program tool where chapters are expected to report activities after each global, local program initiative is completed. The PIA also serves as a program evaluation tool. Data and statistics from the PIA is use to prepare the Fraternity’s annual accountability report to its members and community. Electronic Chapter Self Assessment Final Reporting Form (CSAF) The electronic Chapter Self Assessment form is used to summarize a chapter results from the self-assessment tool. Information and data gathered from the CSAF is used for all Fraternity’s cumulative chapters assessment. The cumulative assessments are reviewed annually by the respective regional director and by the Regional and International Standard & Awards Committee. Chapter’s Conclave Display Where award- winning chapters are invited to display on an 8 Foot table consisting of bound books, unique scrapbooks, plaques, limited electronics. Display must be able to stand-alone. Backboards, and/or sideboards, not exceeding the length of the table, may be used. Awards and Achievement Criteria Hand Book The Awards and Achievement Criteria Handbook will be released on March 1, 2009. This handbook contains the criteria for awards and competitions for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. This guide provides information on awards in criteria for competitions in 10 different sections along with an appendix section that consist of forms and applications.

Formal Interview A formal interview is required for members of chapters competing for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity’s Model Chapter of The Year Award. The interviews are facilitated by selected members of the Fraternity’s Standard and Awards Committee.
Required Submission Period All chapters are required to submit the Chapter Self Assessment and submit through the Electronic Chapter SelfAssessment Final Reporting Form (CSAF) by December 1st of each calendar year. Each Regional Director is required to review self-assessment results submitted by his respective chapters. After review, the regional director will approve submitted results, then; electronically submit to the Corporate Headquarters for the International Standards and Awards Committee Review by January 9th of each year. During this first year of implementation, the submission date is May 1st. Each Regional Director is required to review and submit to Corporate Headquarters for committee review by June 1st.

Celebrating the Dream
Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., the Fraternity of James Weldon Johnson, A. Philip Randolph and John Lewis, a 94-year old, international organization of college and professional men of predominantly African American origin founded at Howard University, rejoice with America in the historic election of Illinois Senator Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States of America.
“Lift ev’ry voice and sing, ‘Til earth and heaven ring, Ring with the harmonies of Liberty; Let our rejoicing rise High as the list’ning skies, Let it resound loud as the rolling sea. Sing a song full of the faith that the dark past has taught us, Sing a song full of the hope that the present has brought us; Facing the rising sun of our new day begun, Let us march on ‘til victory is won.” This captures the sentiment, the fervor, the jubilation, the crescendo, and sense of peace that pervades in the wake of an amazing campaign that culminated in the harmonious voice of the American people at the polls on November 4, 2008. These words of the first stanza of what became known as the Negro National Anthem was originally written by Sigma Brother James Weldon Johnson and set to music by his brother John Rosamond Johnson, in 1899. It was performed in celebration of the birthday of Abraham Lincoln, on February 12, 1900, by school children in Jacksonville, Florida. The lyrics resound with new meaning today, as we absorb the important and potential for the will expressed at the polls by the American people. In his first words, at this election night victory speech to the nation, President Obama, succinctly captured the moment: “If there is anyone out there who will still doubt that America is a place where all things are possible, who still wonders if the dream of our founders is alive in our time, who still questions the power of our democracy, tonight is your answer.” That gathering in Grant Park, over 100,000 strong, at once reflected the marches, the struggles, the hardfought journey, but above all the collective might and will of a people who with the help of God, as the above anthem extolled, has brought us as a nation through “our weary years” and “silent tears” “this far on our way.”

Celebrating the Dream As the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. wrote, “the arc of history is long…but it bends toward justice,” and, through unrelenting faith, yields this day, as the nation lives out its creed, that all men are created equal, and will be judged by the content of their character and ability, with equal opportunity to achieve and represent us all. Today, America, in its every demographic across the board, voted to elect an African American to lead the free world, and has raised higher and brighter the beacon of liberty, justice, and opportunity in this democracy. The election of Barack Obama by every demographic, young, old, white, black, female, male, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, with no segment of the electorate alone accounting for this election, manifests the harmony, faith, hope, change, and future possibilities together that this historic event represents. Let us rejoice as Americans. Congratulations and God Speed to Barack and the new First Family.

The Social Action Program launched the much anticipated Sigma Wellness initiative. Focused on promoting healthy lifestyles for African American men, the 93rd Conclave held the successful Sigma Wellness Health Fair. Participants in the health fair included our corporate service partners of American Cancer Society and March of Dimes Birth Defects. The Sigma Marketplace housed vendors from around the country eagerly offering their products and services to the Sigma brotherhood. Vendors included everything from paraphernelia to furniture and from photography services to music and entertainment. Employers representing corporations and businesses in the local city of Charlotte sought potential talent at the Conclave Career Fair.

African American Male IMAGE Awards Nearly 1,000 guest dined in the Grand Ballroom for the fraternity’s coveted African American Male IMAGE Awards. Hosted by Dr. N. Joyce Payne, Founder of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and Zeta Phi Beta soror, the evening honored two of the nation’s most successful leaders residing in Charlotte, NC. Brother Bertram L. Scott and The Honorable Mel L. Watt received the statuette recognizing their trailblazing achievements in Social Action and Business. The music was provided by Brother Tony McNeill and Ms. Catrina Pegues of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mistress of Ceremonies Soror Dr. N. Joyce Payne Dr. N.Joyce Payne, Founder of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, is the former Vice President for Minority Affairs for the Advancement of Public Black Colleges (OAPBC) of the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges. An authority on women’s issues in higher education and labor force participation, Payne (Zeta Phi Beta member) has published and presented a number of papers on “Women in Administration in Higher Education.”
Honorees Brother Bertram L. Scott Brother Scott is the Executive Vice President, Strategy, Implementation and Policy for TIAA-CREF. He joined in 2000 as president of the TIAA-CREF Life Company, where he was responsible for product development, systems and finance in the insurance division. Today he is responsible for business process reengineering and IT transformation, the implementation of firm-wide plans, coordination of new product development and oversight of third-party product sourcing.
The Honorable Mel L. Watt Melvin L. Watt is a member of the U.S. Congress, House of Representatives, representing North Carolina. He is a member of the House Financial Services Committee, on which he is the Chairman of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee and the House Judiciary Committee. Mel was unanimously elected and served as the Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus from 2006 - 2006.

Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon & Fashion Show The Ladies Agenda for the 93rd Conclave offered women guests a wide range of activities including a Sweetheart Breakfast, Spa-Makeovers, Historical Tour of Charlotte, Personal Development Workshops, and more. A special moment for our special guest was the annual Women of Achievement Awards Luncheon & Fashion Show, entitled “A Fashion Takeover.” Zeta Phi Beta soror Deneanne Knight coordinated the well attended event, featuring fashions from Charlotte’s top fashion designers. WCNCTV anchorwoman, Sonja Gantt served as the mistress of ceremonies for the afternoon. Phi Beta Sigma’s First Lady, Mrs. Belinda Griffin (member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority) welcomed the special guests with Soror Vicki Hammock, South Central Regional Director, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority offering the invocation. The highlight of the afternoon was the honor of two great women of achievement, Dr. Elsie L. Scott and Attorney Shirley Fulton. After the show, ticket holders were given the opportunity to purchase clothing, jewelry, and business services from the participating vendors.
Mistress of Ceremonies Sonja Gantt A Charlotte native, Sonja is Anchor for WCNC-TV’s 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts. She is a broadcast veteran, bringing with her over a dozen years of experience and background in reporting health issues. Previously, Sonja was the co-anchor of Chicago superstation WGN’s morning news and the station’s medical reporter. She joined WGN in 1993 as a weekend anchor and general assignment reporter.
Honorees Attorney Shirley Fulton Ms. Fulton is a partner with the Tin, Fulton, Greene and Owen Law Firm. Before joining the firm, she was with Helms, Henderson and Fulton, P.A., where she had been practicing since her retirement from the North Carolina Supreme Court. She served the court system for more than 20 years, first as an assistant district court attorney, District Court Judge, resident Superior Court Judge and senior resident Superior Court Judge.
Dr. Elsie L. Scott Dr. Scott is the President & CEO of The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. A Louisiana native, Dr. Scott began her career as a political scientist, specializing in American Government and earned her doctorate in political science. She is an outspoken advocate on issues impacting the African American community and has published numerous articles on crime, hate violence, law enforcement training and management, and women’s issues.

Phi Beta Sigma chapters around the United States have accepted the charge of responding to the critical call to save the African American male. Sigma Beta Clubs and advisors from seven regions traveled in high numbers for the 93rd Conclave Sigma Beta Conference. Young males from 8 - 18 participated in seven days of worthwhile programs and activities, including Leadership Training, Oratorical Contest, Club Exchange, Sigma Beta Club Step Off, Pizza Parties, Project BOLD Personal Development Training, and more.
Miss International Phi Beta Sigma Pageant By far, one of the most anticipated events of the 93rd Conclave was the Miss International Phi Beta Sigma Pageant. Lovely ladies representing six of the fraternity’s regions, competed for the coveted title. After a series of competitive rounds that included opening introductions, swimsuit, talent, evening gown and stage interview, Miss Veronica Hunte, a senior at the University of Georgia was crowned the winner. Ms. Hunte represented the Southern Region and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Miss Cortnee Smith, 1st runner Up, Great Lakes Region and Miss Erika Hogan, 2nd Runner Up, Southeastern Region. Smith and Hogan are members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Hosting the pageant was Brother Brandon Wallace, International Second Vice President. Brother Marion Wright, Director of Collegiate Affairs was the event coordinator, along with Brother Lyric Cosby.

Future Leader’s Luncheon
Molding collegiates and teen males to become competitive and contributing American citizens is a priority of Phi Beta Sigma. To that end, the conference paused to highlight promising young males during the Future Leaders Luncheon. Sigma Brother Dr. Ben Chavis Muhammed, served as the luncheon’s keynote speaker. Bro. Muhammed fired up the audience, pledging his commitment to support the fraternity’s youth initiatives and securing other high profile celebrities to assist. Brother Michael Hines, Director of Education showcased and awarded the winners of the Oratorical & Debate Competitions. Bro. Corey Dragan of Delta Theta Chapter at Prairie View A&M University, showed why he received top honors. Brother Edward Pope, Director of Sigma Beta Clubs recognized international leaders and advisors for their hard work and dedication to the program. A special highlight of the afternoon was the request of James Gibson from Greensboro, NC in his opportunity to travel to South Africaas a summer intern, but lacked the funds to do so. The Honorable Brother Carter D. Womack, past national president, made a special plea to the audience present and garnered more than enough for the youth to participate. “When a Brother calls, a Brother responds.”

The International Executive Board of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. feted the men of Sigma with sponsoring the General Board Dinner. Barbara C. Moore, International Grand Basileus, along with members of the sorority’s governing board, regional and local officers provided a wonderful evening at the start of the convention. The sisters presented board members and invited guests with special gifts and well wishes for a great conference. Soror Moore spent several days with the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma, participating in various events and programs.

The International Step Down Competition was standing room only! Filled with excitement and exhileration, collegiate chapters representing the regions competed fiercly for the title of THE BEST. As an exhibition, young performers representing the Sigma Beta Clubs performed to rousing applause. Hosted and coordinated by Brother Lezell Lowe, Vice Regional Director for Great Lakes Region, the overall winners were Eta Chapter at North Carolina A&T University in the Southeastern Region.

Grand Orchid Ball
Emotions were high, pride was showing and the Sigma Spirit showered throughout the four corners of the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Orchid Ball, the closing event for the 93rd International Conclave. President Griffin was given the nod as the chosen leader for two more years. The General Board was sworn into office, as well as the newly elected officials of the Distringuished Service Chapter. The Honorable Bro. William E. Stanley, Jr., 28th International President was elected president of the Distingished Service Chapter. The sisters of Zeta Phi Beta sang their sorority hymn, while sweethearts of Sigma men, donned their most exquisite gowns, cheering their men as they circled the room several times over. In loud refrain, the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma from all corners of the world lifted their voices in harmony to “Our Cause Speeds On” and danced the night until dawn. All eyes look ahead to 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana for the next gathering of the mighty Brotherhood of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity.
