YAMAHA YFZ-450R SPORT GRAB BAR (Y099060) INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions carefully before installation to prevent injury to yourself or damage to your ATV.

PREPARARTION:
Remove the factory rear grab bar from the vehicle and retain the (2) OEM mounting brackets along with the mounting hardware that attaches the rear plastic fenders to the grab bar. Un-attach the grab bar from the tail light retaining the mounting hardware INSTALLATION:
1. Position the Pro Armor Sport Grab Bar in place of the factory rear grab bar aligning its mounting holes to the mounting points on the frame of the vehicle. Reuse the (2) OEM mounting brackets positioning them between the grab bar and frame of the vehicle. 2. Loosely install the (4) retained OEM mounting bolts. 3. Align the grab bar’s fender mounting tabs to the mounting points on the vehicle’s fenders and loosely reinstall the retained fender mounting hardware along with (2) M6 nyloc nuts. 4. Tighten all bolts and fasteners down securing the grab bar to the frame of the vehicle. 5. Re-position the tail light in place beneath the grab bar’s tail light mounting tabs and re-install the retained tail light mounting hardware. MAINTENACE:
Periodically check to see that grab bar is securely installed. Re-torque bolts when necessary. Do not operate the vehicle if any bolts or fasteners are loose or missing. CUSTOMER SERVICE:
