PREPARATION: -Apply (1) item # 14 vinyl cap on each end of items # 5 and #6 rods. See Fig. 1 FIG. 2
-Remove and retain the door panel hardware bolts and fasteners on both left and right side doors shown in Fig.2

-Loosely install items #3 and #4 on the inside of both left and right side doors using the retained hardware as shown in Fig. 3 FIG. 3
NOTE: WRAP THE VELCRO STRAPS FROM THE WINDOW OVER THE LOOSELY INSTALLED STRAP BRACES. PERFORM ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE DOORS. ONCE DONE, TIGHTEN THE BOLTS AND FASTENERS SECURING THE STRAP BRACES TO THE DOORS.

1. Position item #1 and #2 window frames on the left and right side doors as shown in Fig 4. Use the hardware speci ed in Fig 5. to install the window frames to the doors.

2. Mount your windshield to the vehicle using item #13 weather strip seal on its bottom edge. Press the windshield down so that the weather strip is wedged between the windshield and the hood of the vehicle. install items # 15, #16 and # 17 Velcro strips along your windshield in the orientation shown in Fig. 6 3. Install item # 8 and # 9 fabric window frame covers over the installed left and right side window frames. Be sure that the covers are properly installed on the window frames with the leather FIG. 8 edge positioned centered FIG. 7 to the window frame tubing as shown in Fig.7 attach the covers to the window frames at the front and rear snap points shown in Fig. 8 and 9. 4. On the underside of the top portion of the main fabric cab enclosure, there will be 3 rod insertion slots. (2) side insertion slots and (1) center insertion slot. Install (1) item # 6 insert rod into each side insert slot of item # 7 main fabric cab enclosure. Install item #5 insert rod into the center insert slot of item # 7 main fabric cab enclosure. Position item # 7 over the vehicle’s roll cage so that it is centered and so that it evenly covers the roll cage. There will be a series of 5 female snaps on the lower back portion of the fabric cab enclosure. Mark the snap locations onto the rear plastics of the vehicle’s bed see Fig.10. At the marked locations, install (5) item #10 male stud snaps. On the lower front portion of the fabric cab enclosure that follows the roll cage’s front-A Pillars, there will be 1 female snap on each side. Mark the snap location onto the installed windshield. Pre -drill the marked snap locations (approx. .180” diameter or #15 drill bit size) on the windshield and install (2) item # 10 male stud snaps. See Fig. 11 Fasten the front portion of the fabric cab enclosure to the windshield by attaching the velcro on the underside of the cab enclosure to the velcro strips on the windshield. Fasten the lower snaps securing the enclosure to the windshield. FIG. 10

POSITION THE SNAP LOCATION SO THAT THE FRONT OF THE FABRIC CAB ENCLOSURE IS PULLED TIGHT
INSTALL #10 AT MARKED SNAP LOCATIONS POSITION THE SNAP LOCATIONS SO THAT THE REAR SECTION OF THE FABRIC CAB ENCLOSURE IS PULLED TIGHT.
5. The lower ends of the cab enclosure’s front section also have an additional snap that attaches to the door’s front bracket. Mark the snap locations for both left and right side door front brackets. Pre -drill the marked snap locations (approx. .180” diameter or #15 drill bit size). See Fig. 12 6.
ATTACH THE REAR QUARTER PANEL SECTION OF THE FABRIC CAB ENCLOSURE TO THE SNAP LOCATION ON THE DOOR WINDOW FRAMES AS SHOWN. PERFORM ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT DOORS

MARK SNAP LOCATION ON WINDSHIELD AND PRE - DRILL HOLE. INSTALL ITEM #10 AT DRILLED HOLE LOCATION
POSITION THE SNAP LOCATION SO THAT THE FRONT OF THE FABRIC CAB ENCLOSURE IS PULLED TIGHT

FROM THE INSIDE, ATTACH THE REAR QUARTER PANEL SECTION OF THE FABRIC CAB ENCLOSURE TO THE SNAP LOCATION ON THE DOOR WINDOW FRAMES AS SHOWN. PERFORM ON BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT DOORS
WHEN INSIDE THE VEHICLE, FULLY CLOSE OFF THE ENCLOSURE BY ATTACHING THE SNAPS SHOWN BELOW. PERFORM FOR BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE DOORS. UNDO SNAPS WHEN OPENING THE DOORS OR EXITING THE VEHICLE.
