He’s crate and housetrained, mastering leash walks, and quickly learning commands, especially with treats. He’s an all around good boy! North Park The construction of another five-story building is nearing its completion in North Park, with an expected topping-off ceremony in May of 2024. This development is set to feature approximately 5 stories and 55 units. However, it’s noteworthy that the plan includes only 18 parking spaces, which could be a point of consideration for potential residents. Interestingly, there appears to be no provision for affordable housing within this project. Contrary to expectations for inclusivity, remarks from one of the project’s stakeholders seem to suggest a different direction. He said the following. “Mass timber is 15 to 25% more expensive than typical wood, Alemany said, and he’ll have to offset those costs with higher rents — which he hopes people will pay for the warm, inviting feel of exposed wood in their homes”.
