I

n the last issue (the 23rd Issue of Premier Today), we gave you a broad overview of Premier’s heavy engineering division, its beginnings and evolution. In this issue, we would like to delve deeper and give you an indepth picture on another key project/product that our Company’s heavy engineering division manufactures—bogie frames and end under frames for railway metro bogies. Although historically Premier Ltd. has mainly been associated with cars, it is today more ę ¢ȱ ȱ ȱ Ȭ ¢ȱ ȱ machine (capital goods) and heavy engineering businesses located at its plant in Chinchwad, Pune. Quick to adapt to the changing times, this division today has built an enviable reputation for its products’ quality and reliability.
