It’s hard to believe the holiday season is behind us, and winter has fully taken hold across the province. 2021 was a challenging year, to say the least, and 2022 seems to have started out that way as well. Despite the ongoing stress and uncertainty the pandemic continues to bring, it looks like yet another strong year in the luxury real estate market – provided that the supply can catch up with the demand. I hope you can find a few quiet moments to sit by a fire with a glass of wine (or your favourite drink of choice), and take in yet another stunning issue of our magazine. I found the article “The Future is Female" particularly compelling, as Cayman Marshall is truly a femaledominated workforce. T

his gem of a property is the kind of family compound that only rarely comes up these days, and never stays on the market for very long. It’s a classic Muskoka family cottage, surrounded by pine trees and granite outcrops, owned by just a few families since the early days and often passed down from generation to generation. Now, says Cayman Marshall realtor Steve Haddock, it’s ready for another family to start their own new traditions here. A little over five acres in total, the property comprises a full 1,000 feet of southwest-facing shoreline on beautiful Horseshoe Lake, just north of Lake Joseph and about ten minutes from the town of Rosseau. Horseshoe, Haddock observes, is just the right size for waterskiing and sailing – but quiet enough to enjoy an early-morning paddle, as the mist rises over water as still as glass.

he main cottage is an authentic log cabin originally built in 1935, upgraded and enlarged by the current owners into a comfortable three-bedroom cottage with a loft. There’s also a cozy sleeping cabin at the water’s edge with a screen porch perched right over the water; the current owners say that enjoying morning coffee out there almost feels like you’re on a houseboat, and affords a ringside view of wildlife on the lake.

One of the crown jewels of the property is its two-storey boathouse, an update of an older one on the site (whose base now serves as the crib for a nearby dock) and a rarity on Horseshoe Lake, since the construction of new boathouses is no longer permitted. The boathouse includes a generous-sized slip at water level large enough for up to two boats, with expansive guest quarters and a vaulted ceiling on the second storey above. The shoreline is quite shallow here, making it safe for little kids to paddle about (in other places it’s as deep as seventy feet, excellent for fishing).

rom the boathouse deck high above the water, says another of the current owners – herself part of the third generation of this family to grow up here – there’s clear views of both sunrise and sunset; at night, you can see a panoramic view of the stars from the comfort of your bed. “I have never seen the Milky Way as clearly as I have from here,” she says. One of the more unusual features is a small private island, easily accessible by canoe or, for the more adventurous, a brisk 180-metre swim across the channel. It’s great for picnics, exploring and walking in nature, or kid-safe campouts, and features an old stone fireplace set on an outcropping of rocks at the shoreline, built at the same time as the original cabin and one of two on the property (the other stands in front of the main cottage).

ut when the mood strikes for a great restaurant meal, shopping, or just everyday supplies like the grocery store or the LCBO, the town of Rosseau is just ten minutes down the road, and the larger community of Parry Sound is another five minutes after that. The lake also features a close-knit community of fellow cottagers; the neighbours are close enough for the kids to play with and the grownups to meet for a drink, but far enough away that you can freely enjoy uninterrupted family time when you prefer. As Steve Haddock says, “it’s the kind of property that many of us think of when we picture the classic Muskoka family cottage.” And the time has come for a new family to establish themselves here – whether they choose to build on the legacy that has been here from the beginning, or to start completely fresh. “It’s all about the lake, the classic rock-and-pine landscape, the beautiful sunsets,” says Steve. “These are just some of the things that make this a grade-A property.”

Few entities define their cities like hotels. They are cultural and architectural landmarks through which we can trace our histories and mythology. The Chateau Laurier in Ottawa, host to kings, queens, and Karsh. The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, in the centre of the city’s golden mile, where John and Yoko staged their 1969 bed-in. The Hotel Chelsea in Manhattan, venue for literary giants like Sam Shepard, Jack Kerouac, Mark Twain, and Tennessee Williams to craft their legacies. The Savoy in London, boasting stays by Oscar Wilde, Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe, and the Beatles. These

hallowed estates towered (often literally) over their cities, locations where their biographies were written, cultures refined, politics argued, and cityscapes defined. The hotels represented our dreams and our realities at once. But, like their city hosts, hotels have evolved. In the age of Airbnb and budgeting, chain hotels and alternative lodging, hotels must now not just compete for the marketplace and aspire to cultural definition, but to social and societal leadership. It is from this evolution that 1 Hotel Toronto was born.

As the world reckons with the challenges of climate change and globalization, the marketplace and industry are more attuned to the socioeconomic and environmental responsibility that their guests demand. So how do you balance opulence with ecology? 1 Hotel Toronto sees itself as a leader in this new-age philosophy, both aesthetically and in its common practices. To enter into 1 Hotel Toronto is to arrive in the warm embrace of their sustainability mission. Guests are greeted on arrival to a reception desk and lobby lounge draped in the backdrop of an “Eramosa stone wall with wood-like striations, which was carved out of glacial activity along nearby Eramosa River.” The venue’s ​​biophilic design – the practice of connecting people and nature within built environments and communities – was established “​​in collaboration with award-winning architecture and design firm

Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate both the interior’s eco-reverie and the city’s majesty. One hundred and twelve guest rooms feature panoramic views and luxury full-amenity suites. Organic linens, natural cotton robes, rainfall showers, and Bamford bath products populate each room with sustainable comfort and comforts. A water filtration system and tumblers and carafes “made from reclaimed wine bottles reduce the need for single-use plastics.” A unique touch of chalkboards in rooms eliminates the need for pads of paper and adds a sense of charm and familiarity, making each room feel like home – or the kind of modern and sustainable home you wished you lived in.

The hotel’s design is nature-based, inspired by Toronto’s unique four-season reality and lakeside setting. The planners worked in collaboration with International Landscaping in building the most eco-friendly and geographically attuned hotel the city has ever seen. Sharon Carlson, International Landscaping development designer, celebrates a unique feature in using “local granite from the Canadian Shield. And then also just incorporating that with some native plants, mindful of the urban context.” Over 3000 plants cultivated by International Landscaping can be found throughout 1 Hotel Toronto’s interior and exterior.

The establishment has committed itself to innumerable sustainability initiatives, such as zero waste through on-site composting, recycling all paper, plastic, glass, and hazardous waste, converting 100% of kitchen oil and grease into biofuel, and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. Both 1 Hotel Toronto and International Landscaping “worked with local vendors and artists” in maintaining their mission, notes Carlson, including local woodworking studio Just Be Woodsy, who repurposed fallen Toronto trees into unique hand-crafted furnishings such as dining tables, grazing boards, host desks and side tables.

The attention to community and ecological concerns at 1 Hotel Toronto is seemingly endless. Using existing structures and infrastructure left over from the location’s Thompson Hotel days was key to maintaining the integrity of the project’s mandate. “There was an existing structure that was underutilized at the pavilion by a reflecting pond,” says Carlson. “We transformed that into a functional garden for the restaurant that uses different herbs, some fruit, flowering plants, and actually grows for the venue. Just having that opportunity to have that tactile experience for some of the chefs, to come out and have that harvest and grow some of the items onsite, is a unique experience.” The garden pavilion, which also boasts a “bee hotel” to increase pollination from local bees (plus a honey farm designed by Montreal apiarists Alvéole), supplies all on-property restaurants with herbs, fruits, lettuces, edible flowers, peppers, onions, and beans; and aspires to a larger contribution to the fare that makes its way to guests’ plates, in-room or at one of their dining options: 1 Kitchen Toronto, Flora Lounge, Casa Madera and Harriet’s Toronto. Each kitchen’s team is well-versed in eco-practices and maintains intimate relationships with local farmers to ensure farm-to-table offerings at their best while supporting their community.

All dining options at 1 Hotel Toronto offer distinctive plates, in the accommodation’s tradition of locality and sustainability, each with its own twist on the mission and with menus culled from the garden pavilion and local farmers and suppliers. 1 Kitchen Toronto’s “goal is to create an experience as close to dining by a farm or coastline in downtown Toronto with direct relationships to its beloved purveyors from the land and sea. The menu is produce-led, peppered with

artful pickling, fermenting, and smoking.” Be careful not to salivate on the elmwood! Flora Lounge, the hotel’s lobby bar, prides itself on Ontario delicacies and ingredients found no further than 100 kilometres from the venue. The soon-to-open Casa Madera will offer a fine dining option, blending Mexican and Mediterranean influences led by Chef Olivier Le Calvez and his 25 years of experience “strongly influenced by his native country, as well as European, Asian, and Latin American techniques.” The crown jewel atop 1 Hotel Toronto is Harriet’s Toronto (adjoining the rooftop pool), indeed a singular addition to the city's cultural venues and skyline, with a design inspired by 1920s lounges, and craft cocktails infused by the garden pavilion’s offerings. City and lake views are complemented by 1 Hotel Toronto’s world-renowned (literally, having plied his trade in Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, the Bahamas, and Saudi Arabia) Executive Chef Derek Powers Jr.’s unique menu of Japanese-inspired delicacies. But knowing the city’s climate as 1 Hotel Toronto does, the rooftop’s guests can enjoy those views and dishes year-round. Sliding glass walls and a retractable roof that makes the Rogers Centre blush with envy allow a full calendar to experience live music and DJs, surrounded by the comfort of reclaimed local elmwood that can be seen throughout the hotel. In fact, wood plays a prominent role in defining 1 Hotel Toronto’s aesthetic and mission, as a barn in Blyth, Ontario, provided the lumber.

Perhaps it’s our inherent, often subtle defiance of the status quo; maybe it’s a primal drive to empower others like ourselves. It likely has something to do with the inexplicable yet undeniable rush of serotonin we get from the “Let’s go, girls!” part of that Shania Twain song. Motivations aside, girl power is growing rapidly in business. Research shows that Canadian female entrepreneurship has risen 30% since 2011. But what does it take to be a successful female leader? We decided to speak with seven accomplished women in multiple fields to find out.

A

s a former tennis pro and team captain, Green Owl Vodka founder and CEO Carmen Sandor not only knows what it takes to be a team player, but to be a strong leader. Having climbed the ladder in the finance world, Carmen took a leap of faith and left her office job to pursue a passion project, one that would soon become stocked in 140 LCBO locations across the province. As the only green tea-flavoured vodka in Canada, Green Owl is “changing the way people drink vodka,” according to Sandor, who points out that the product is light, fresh, natural, and has no artificial ingredients. Carmen values empathy and communication in her leadership style. “One of the beautiful things about being a woman is that we’re really great communicators. Women have an elevated level of empathy, and that’s really important [in] a leader.” However, she also acknowledges that empathy only goes so far. “You have to find a way to be assertive, and go after what you want for your brand. Have an opinion, and take a stance.”


Alexis Green “O

ver the years, I did everything: busser, server, bartender, manager, director of food and beverage,” says Fever-Tree marketing manager Alexis Green. After attending school for graphic design, Alexis took a job in the marketing department of a company that owned restaurants and nightclubs, later moving on to a sales position. The experience gave her a wide array of useful skills in the competitive food and beverage arena, that made her uniquely suited for Fever-Tree. Today Green describes her work with Fever-Tree as focusing on “bring[ing] quality and choice into the mixer category.” As she proudly notes, “Now, in Canada, we have 16 different flavours in the tonic, ginger soda, and ‘refreshingly light’ range.

t was a passion project. Everyone thought I was crazy, but I knew that I would always be okay,” says Kat Florence of the jewellery company that bears her name.

After completing a undergrad science degree and a masters in education, Kat Florence moved to Bangkok, where she worked at an art-based school as an educator for nearly a decade. Thailand happens to be a hub for gemstones, and over time she found her true passion.

Kat noticed that even in high-end jewellery, the design doesn’t always showcase the gemstone in its best light. So she decided to become an expert on the subject, and began to create unique, rare gemstone-focused designs. Today, Kat Florence Jewellery sells around the world to collectors and auction houses, and does a new launch every month. “Each piece is about the rare jewel and its origin. That is where I begin every design,” says Kat. Florence believes it’s important for a female leader to “curate the individuals close to you.” Other key factors to success, she says, include “being consistent, knowing all aspects of your business, and never going into a situation unprepared.”

fter giving birth to her first daughter in 2008, Anishinaabe-Kwe, Executive Chef, and owner of Hiawatha’s, Hiawatha Osawamick knew it was time to make a change. Hiawatha has grown up working in restaurants - from bussing, to hosting, to waitressing, then eventually to the kitchen. Following in her family’s culinarily talented footsteps, she trained under one of Canada’s best chefs. When her daughter was born, the extensive evening and weekend work in restaurants became less than ideal for raising a child, so she decided to start her own catering business. Now, Hiawatha’s serves fresh, quality, Indigenous cuisine. Hiawatha takes pride in her catering services being a “true, Indigenous experience,” engaging with guests, providing menus, and serving her delicious food herself. As a female entrepreneur, Hiawatha believes leaders should “learn from their mistakes. Take criticism, and turn it into something positive.” Osawamick also believes that in a male-dominated industry such as the culinary one, one must “go above and beyond.”

FULL SPECTRUM OF NEUTRALS:

W

e’ve already seen green make a big splash as the 2022 colour of the year – chosen for its cooling, calming effect and strong connection to nature. In the past, we’ve seen this colour personified as a literal interpretation of nature (think lush, leafy vibrancy). But green is a multi-faceted hue indeed, and the movement toward organic, sustainable living and environmental awareness has influenced its iteration for 2022. The new “it” green appears in a much more muted form, in what I think may herald the return of a neutral colour palette on our walls and everything in between. But of course, popular trends don’t resonate with everyone, and green certainly isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Luckily, neutral colours can echo the up-to-the-minute nature trend without the colour commitment. Don’t get me wrong – I personally love using colour in the right places and doses. But while other colour trends come and go, neutrals have longevity.

Here’s how to use neutrals with an eye to what’s trending in 2022.

Contrary to popular belief, a neutral colour palette offers many more choices than just variations on cream, beige and oatmeal hues. Trending palettes in 2022 will include a full spectrum of light- and mid-toned neutrals, ranging from the aforementioned soft sage green to creamy-whites with pink undertones and barely-there blues. Their subtlety gives them versatility while infusing a touch of colour. And like true neutrals, they perfectly pair with pops of vibrant colour, a variety of metals, and a wide range of materials and finishes. On the other hand, these gentle neutrals can also be used as an accent colour for details and trim, brightening and balancing darker hues like deep blue or an almost-black aubergine.

TEXTURE: This isn’t a new trend by any stretch, but it will be a star on the design and decor stage in 2022, bringing life to the neutral and nature trends. I often layer a variety of organic materials, such as wood, stone, concrete and organic textiles. Texture creates depth and adds interest, with a subtle nod to nature.


LIGHTING: All eyes will be on bold, statement lighting in 2022. I’ve always held that lighting should never be just a bulb. It should be viewed as a thing of beauty, a feature and focal point in a room. Every light in the home is an opportunity for art and expression. But of course, lighting plays an important functional role as well, lighting your space and highlighting its features. Pay careful attention when it comes to the “temperature” of your bulbs. A warm bulb, which gives off yellow light, could compromise your colour intentions. The same is true for cool light bulbs, which can appear fluorescent or even blueish. Look for “daylight” bulbs, which mimic natural light and offer a true representation of your palette. If you want to create ambiance, consider adding dimmers to every light source.

The new year promises to be an exciting one, in decor and many other ways, too. As new home and product trends start swirling, perhaps the most important one to keep your eye on is the increasing desire to focus on self – healing, growth and happiness. Let those goals guide your renovation or interior refresh. Look to what brings you joy and comfort. When you achieve that atmosphere inside your home, you just might find that your view of the outside world gets warmer and brighter, too.

f you’ve ever had the privilege to visit (or live on) Canada’s East Coast, I’m sure you’re well aware of its unique landscape, its generous locals, and its signature salty air. Even internationally, Newfoundland and Labrador is considered a must-see destination for those seeking out a community of storytellers, nature lovers, and genuinely kind folk. That’s partially why the team of Newfoundland natives at Rock Solid Builds have made the HGTV Canada series a hit. With Season 2 premiering on January 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, I was lucky enough to be able to talk with Randy Spracklin of Rock Solid Builds about how they incorporate East Coast culture into their projects, certain challenges they’ve faced, and of course, what we can expect this season.

“People from

the East Coast are great

storytellers,” says Spracklin. “With that being said, every home, piece of land or community has a story to be told. And with these stories, we learn about our history and our culture. So when our team gets a call to build or renovate a home, the first thing we do is find out the homeowner’s story or that of the property.” “We are big on saving and celebrating what we can in old homes, from the way our houses are designed, to the colours used on the outside, to the special builds we do on the inside. It doesn’t take much for us to come up with ways to incorporate our culture,” he continues. As someone with a love for storytelling, preservation, and the musical Come From Away, I’m definitely looking forward to this season’s emphasis on cultural celebration and storytelling in the series’ renovations. But what else can we expect on Season 2 of Rock Solid Builds? Well, it sounds like the team has been pretty busy – not only tackling multiple unique builds, but fooling around on occasion. “Our team loves to work hard, but we love to play hard too. You’ll see us go on a few adventures and have a lot of fun. Plus everyone loves a good old competition – so there just might be a bet on the line.” “You’ll also see how a simple kitchen renovation turns into a big one when we have to bring an excavator inside

the finished house, and we have some exciting news at the end of this season,” Randy hints with a twinkle. Of course the team is also tremendously excited to show off the projects they worked on this season. “Every build is different from the last, and you just never know what an old home might have in store for you.” As is to be expected while shooting in Newfoundland, the weather can be, well, temperamental. Which, when you’re working on a home renovation, can make things feel a bit haphazard. This season, viewers will see the team battle hurricanes, rain, and a bit of snow at the wrong time of year. “Snow in June, and the kids loved it! It was a shock but not uncommon. When building here we can never predict what will come our way,” one of the team members says. The whirlwind weather sets the stakes of the show a little higher than one might expect from a regular HGTV Canada program. “When we’re building on a tight timeline, a bad windstorm can really delay us, sometimes lasting days because the majority of our supplies come by boat or air due to us being an island. Also, high winds can cause damage to our builds and that’s not what you want when you are trying to move a project forward,” says the team.

manages to get the job done, due to the hard work of their professional crew, and a little bit of help from the locals as well. “Newfoundlanders are always here to lend a hand. We look out for other people, even if they’re not from here. This year we had a special build that took us six hours away,” mentions another team member. “Like a lot of small communities, you won’t find coffee shops or restaurants – but who needs that when you’re in Newfoundland! We were working in this small community for a couple of days and each morning, the neighbours would have fresh coffee with tea buns waiting for us and they’d make us sandwiches for lunch. Anything we needed, the door was always open. There was always someone there to help out. On this specific project, the whole community came out, from feeding us to supplying us with sand and even a lift to move the build. This is only one of the many ways we help each other – so what people see in Come From Away is all true!” Fittingly for Newfoundland culture, the team is one big work family – some members are even related. This season, “The Old Man” (Scott) will be back, as well as Paul and Harvey, who can take on any task and get the job done well, making them huge assets when it comes to overseeing projects. Al will be around to tackle windows and siding. There’s Nikki and Josh, who “started off green” but are quickly taking on leadership roles. As the workload grows, so must the team,

so viewers will meet a few new faces this year. Jamie, Michael, PJ, and Matt add a fun, new, “catty” dynamic to the show this season. “The builds are phenomenal, but the teamwork is what it’s all about. Every morning is a joy to go to work no matter the weather,” says Spracklin. It’s evident that the team at Rock Solid Builds is beyond passionate about the work they do, and the province they’re able to do it in. They are all convinced that “after one visit you’ll want to come back again, or like a lot of others who visit, you’ll want to live here! We have something for everyone. If you like the water, you can go fishing or whale watching, and during the right time of year, you can see icebergs. Our landscape is amazing – it’s great for hiking, camping, biking, and the winter is perfect for skiing or snowmobiling. But if you just like to relax or see some sights, we have lots of that as well. We have some amazing heritage sites all across the island. You can also come by my hometown of Brigus, and stop in and see us along the way.” While travelling is restrictive and complicated right now, enjoying the newest season of Rock Solid Builds (premiering January 27 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV Canada and available to stream on the GlobalTV app and STACK TV) seems like the perfect way to safely enjoy a new culture, support some awesome people, and of course, witness some incredible renovations.

Combing through a plethora of back alleys, back roads, and baby back ribs, we’ve found some not-to-be-missed, tucked-away Southern Ontario restaurants that will surely have your tastebuds dancing, and your new air fryer dormant. igures Toronto describes itself as “the city’s most imaginative upscale resto-lounge” and, to be honest, the proprietors may be underselling the singularity of one of Yorkville’s can’t-miss hotspots. Since bursting onto the bustling Toronto restaurant scene in 2017, Figures has set itself apart from its peers not just in the unique conceit of the space, but the elevated, elegant, and avante-garde menu. Restaurateurs often use the term “experience” to describe their dining, but Figures doesn’t just earn that description; it redefines it. To enter the Avenue Road location is to immerse oneself in a living dream of revelry and reverie. The menu and decor are a pop-culture menage of the zeitgeist, outfitted in Marvel and DC comic heroes, Star Wars characters, and other pop iconography – not in a way that is intrusive, but rather to evoke the comfort of one’s personal nostalgia. It is impossible not to be teleported to another time, or world. Designed by Toronto-based firm Prototype Design Lab, Figures features a DJ booth, lounge, and collectible shop. The venue is truly unique, in an era where “unique” has often lost its lustre. The menu, built by a collaborative and equitable kitchen team model echoing the eclectic and democratic decor, is as playfully sui generis as the rest of the experience at Figures. The menu, refined as it is grounded in the restaurant’s creative framework, features dishes like A&W fried chicken bites, black truffle gnocchi, and slowcooked oxtail, among others. Rogues Restaurant

here are institutions and then there’s Rogues Restaurant. Opened in 1983 by ​​Tony Pereira, Rogues has been serving Mississauga the finest in elevated dining for longer than much of its clientele has been alive. Pereira’s story is a restaurant industry fairytale: his rise from bussing tables at the fabled Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto to owning one of Southern Ontario’s most celebrated restaurants is truly every restaurant worker’s dream come true. t’s seemingly a contradiction for a restaurant to be simultaneously a local institution and a hidden gem, but Stoney's ​​ Bread Company isn’t just any restaurant. An Oakville landmark since 2004, Stoney’s borrows its name from Toronto Argonauts legend Norm Stoneburgh (and whose son Blake is a coowner with good friend Steve Chabot). tepping foot into Shy’s Place in Dundas is like walking into a memory. To say the decor is steeped in nostalgia is an understatement. TRACK EXPERIENCE Just 90 minutes east of Toronto is the historic Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. This track has hosted legendary drivers such as Jacques Villeneuve, Mario Andretti, Stirling Moss and more, and offers both a Grand Prix track and a Driver Development Track. Now you too can take the corners the pros have taken. Here, professional instructors let drivers push themselves to the very limits of their driving ability. The programs “are designed in stages to increase one of the most important aspects of dynamic driving: the driver.” That mandate is apparent in every aspect of the experience. Strapped into a Porsche 911 Carrera S or 4S that tops out at 308 kilometres an hour, drivers will ​“focus on dynamic car control in order to build their skills and safety behind the wheel.” Half-day to three-day experiences are available for drivers of differing abilities in small groups of like-minded Porsche connoisseurs, with the idea of “Drive fast, drive safe.”

PORSCHE EXPERIENCE CENTRE With any of these Porsche Experiences, you can see the German luxury automaker’s affection for, and investment in, Canada as both a driver’s paradise and an important global market. Porsche recently announced that it is taking that commitment one step further, and will soon begin construction on its tenth global experience centre. The first opened at Silverstone in the United Kingdom; Canada’s will be the third location in North America, joining Atlanta and Los Angeles. “Canadians will no longer have to leave the country in order to visit a Porsche Experience Centre,” said Porsche Cars Canada president and CEO Marc Ouayoun upon the announcement, adding,“Customers and brand enthusiasts will have the chance to experience Porsche with their head, heart, and hands – all in the Greater Toronto Area.” The project aims to be completed by 2024. PEC Toronto will be located on a 20-acre site at the Durham Live development in Pickering, Ontario, which currently features a casino, and will include a concert venue, more than 400,000 square feet of retail space, and a luxury hotel with more than 300 rooms. The centre will be the culmination of Porsche’s investment in Canada, and a Babylon of sorts for Porsche enthusiasts. Joining the Experiences already established in Canada, this initiative is the realization of a brand. As a member of the executive board for sales and marketing at Porsche, Detlev von Platen, notes, “Porsche is more than just a car. Porsche is a promise for a unique brand and product experience.”

Kareina spent summers of her childhood at cottages in the Mactier and Nobel Area. She lived in Alberta for a couple years and loved the mountain views but really missed the lakes and maple trees and could not wait to get back to the peace that is Muskoka.
