NATURE DAY CAMPS with Recreation Staff Explore, hike, sing your hearts out, laugh, be creative, play group games and more! Campers will learn about local park residents and gain an appreciation of the outdoors through a variety of hands on activities and special speakers. Each session will have a special focus to keep the kids interested in the nature activities throughout the entire summer. Please refer to the special themes listed after the session dates. THE MOUNTAINEERS NEW Age 5-7yrs - Junior Mountaineers | Age 8-12 Mighty Mountaineers Attention parents! Looking for a fun outdoor camp that both your younger and older children can attend? Well, look no further our Mighty Mountaineer camp is exactly what you need! Drop your children off at the SAME TIME and the SAME LOCATION for a unique adventure for both younger and older campers to share in the natural setting that the park provides. Not only will campers experience the traditional camp elements of songs, hiking, sports, and crafts, we will also incorporate exciting hands on science experiments, campfire cooking projects, and nonstop fun activities! There is no parent hour during this week. Both Junior & Mighty Mountaineers will be separated into age appropriate activities. Campers should wear good running shoes and bring a lunch unless otherwise advised. MONDAY - FRIDAY • 9AM-4PM

TINY TIMBERS Age 5-7yrs Instructor: Recreation Staff Campers should bring a sack lunch every day unless otherwise advised. Good walking shoes are a must. Tiny Timber parent hours are from 1-2pm on Fridays.

Age 8-12yrs All sessions of Explorers include archery, a day at the pool, and an overnight stay in the park. For the overnighter the campers report to camp at 9am on Thursday and stay until 12pm on Friday. Campers should bring a sack lunch every day unless otherwise advised. The parent hour for Explorers includes a family potluck as well as a performance given by staff and campers. Parent hours are Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm.
