Teachers implement a child-centered philosophy to create a curriculum responsive to all the children in the group. Children will be introduced to a variety of Pre-K concepts including language, math, art, science, music and movement. By creating an environment that balances teacher directed and unstructured activities, children will develop independence, confidence and a positive sense of the world around them. Age 3-5 Must be of age by October 1, 2013 Research shows that total immersion is the best way for children to develop a long lasting foundation in the Spanish language. 90% of instruction will be in Spanish and 10% in English. The classes are designed to spark and maintain children’s interest in Spanish by engaging them in creative and enjoyable cultural activities such as dancing, singing, literature, art and games. Through immersion, children will learn the Spanish language naturally and easily as they master basic pre-school skills.

SMALL STEPS Ages 18 mos-36mos with Parent Introduce your young child to preschool activities. This program meets once a week and allows young children to experience preschool activities with the guidance of their parent or caregiver. Children will enjoy arts-n-crafts, games, story time, singing, and snacks. A parent or caregiver must participate, and will be responsible for bringing a group snack during the session.
