Kitsap Harbor Festival May 25,26 The Kitsap Harbor Festival helps open boating season May 25 and 26 in Bremerton and Port Orchard. Several thousand people are expected to attend the two-day event. The BremertonPort Orchard foot ferry will operate every 30 minutes from 8:30 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. Fare is $2 each way. Participate in the Murder Mystery or wear a costume and get a free ferry ride.
