The San Juan County Board of Health has scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday November 14, 2012, at 11:45 a.m. in the Legislative Hearing Room, 55 2nd Street, Friday Harbor, Washington. The hearing may be continued from time to time and place to place as may be desired by the Board without additional written notice. The following is a summary of the proposed changes to both fee schedules: to increase all Environmental Health fees by 10 percent; to modify the temporary food service permit to include four categories and fees based on risk and number of events; and to increase the Personal Health Services administrative fee charge for our adult private pay vaccines from $19.00 to $23.00.
