The successful par ty shall maintain insurance that is sufficient to protect their business against all applicable risks, as set forth Section 7 of Attachment 2. If successful party is unable to meet these standard requirements, please note current or proposed insurance coverage’s in submittal. Standard requirements may be negotiated if it is in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and readvertise the request for proposals at any time prior to final approval of a negotiated agreement. All costs incurred in the preparation of the Request for Proposals process shall be borne by the proposing firm. Proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals shall become the property of the District and will be cons i d e r e d p u bl i c d o c u ments under applicable Washington State laws. Any proposal received after the time specified will not be considered. Modification of proposals after the deadline for submission will not be allowed, except through the optional negotiation process described above. Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set for th herein may be considered nonresponsive at the District’s discretion.
