MEMBERS of Houston Landscaping and volunteers fill up above-ground garden boxes with soil during the initial build event for the Capilano University community garden, a joint project between the university and the Projects in Place Society. More than 60 volunteers and Houston Landscaping staff were on hand to construct 67 garden boxes for the garden, which was scheduled to be launched on Earth Day, April 22.
