On top of that there is a n never-ending system of logging roads and trails that will keep you e exploring on your bike for hours on end. Check out the falls Stamp Falls Provincial Park is vast, encompassing 327 hectares of fforests, rivers and waterfalls. This gorgeous provincial park – about a 25-minute drive from Port Alberni following Beaver Creek Road ooff Highway 4 (River Road) – is ideal for viewing salmon. The park also boasts a two-kilometer hiking trail leading to the SStamp River. Of course, where there are large numbers of salmon there will be bbears. Salmon is fatty and nutrient rich, a perfect snack for hungry bblack bears bulking up for hibernation. Visitors are asked to use ccaution when bear watching, and keep their pets leashed at all ttimes.
