Ashley currently steers the success for her true love branding, marketing, and advertising as the owner of, Plum11, Inc. which has expanded throughout the US & Canada. Continuously thinking of innovative ways to improve products and services her company recently turned heads with a new release of online publications that generate remarkable results through exquisite detail.

At age 21 Ashley was the first and youngest woman to run any branch of the Reno Air Races in their 45 year history On top of managing her first business, she worked 6 seasons at the Reno Air Races from age 16 to 21. Ashley and the Vendor Operations team took product sales from $102,000 per 6 day season to $550,000. It was through updated and expanded product offerings and leveraging local interns for store placement that made such a dramatic impact. Ashley was the first and youngest woman at 21 to run any branch of the Reno Air Races in their 45 year history as Warehouse and Product Director.

With a strong hold on the importance of charity and heading into commercial real estate, Ashley is looking to remodel the mediocre work environment and restructure it into a magnetic force people want to be a part of.

Gaining momentum in her finances and experience, her business skills followed suit. At the age of 23 Ashley opened up her second company named; We Do, You Don’t. Focusing on the mundane tasks that people regard as chores, the company’s mission was simple: to do what no one wanted to do. A complete success, the company was sold one year later to an investor out of California.
