Meet with the North Shore’s top wedding vendors as you tour the Blue Ocean Music Hall. Enjoy complimentary Hors D’oeuvres catered by the Seaglass Restaurant. The Wedding Giveaway Who says dreams can’t come true? This Spring, Simply Elegant Expos will give one deserving couple their Dream Wedding at our Simply Elegant Wedding Expo on April 1st at the beautiful Pavilion Oceanfront Event Center in Salisbury Massachusetts. We are looking for a truly unique story to help us decide who deserves to be given the wedding of their dreams. Participants in the contest must write an essay in 1,000 words or less telling us why you think you deserve to win the Wedding Giveaway. Simply Elegant Expos will screen the entries and narrow it down to the three lucky couples. To find out if you are one of the lucky finalists you must be present at the Wedding Gala. The final three couples will be announced toward the end of the show. Vendors be a part of this exciting opportunity by sponsoring the Platinum Wedding Giveaway. All participating sponsors will be advertised through all of our marketing promotions as well as highlighted in the Simply Elegant Platinum Weddings Magazine issue following the Gala. VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM Attendance list will be available 10 days after show date. These names are proprietary and use is restricted to show exhibitors only. Vendor may not sell, trade, or otherwise share these names with anyone else. Acceptance: Set-up instructions will be available online two weeks prior to show at www.simplyelegantexpos.com. All participating vendors for the Simply Elegant Wedding Expo must provide a certificate of liability insurance and proof of workman’s compensation to participate in the Event. In the event the policy becomes canceled, the participant must notify Simply Elegant Expos immediately in writing. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booth. A $300 non-refundable deposit is due with signed agreement. Full payment is due 30 days prior to each show, after which time if payment is not received, booth prices revert to the open rate or we may re-sell booths to other vendors at our discretion without deposit refund. We reserve the right to decline any vendor. Booth reservations are non-cancelable. Rates and dates are subject to change without notice.
