Project Management Is the management Direction and control of the owner´s interests for the developing and building of a construction project. This task involves OHJDO WHFKQLFDO FRPPHUFLDO HFRQRPLFDO DQG ÀQDQFLDO aspects of the project, performed according owner´s policies and decisions.
Construction Management Construction Management is the direction and control of owner´s and/or Project Management interests´ for the developing and building of a construction project. This task involves technical and administrative aspects according to owner´s policies and decisions. Construction Management includes the procurement and contractor coordination services, as an alternative to the project, in which a General Contractor is not needed.

Green Services LEED Consulting LEED is a rating system for construction projects, that evaluates its environmental performance trough it life cycle, created as an standard to determine what is considered as a green project. The system is oriented towards a quantitative green performance evaluation of a project, where points are assigned as the standard criteria in terms of design, construction and operation are met. The most important stages of this service are: i) Support during the design development stage, considering the criteria established in the LEED standards. ii) Coordinate design and construction tasks, in order to DFTXLUH WKH QHFHVVDU\ FUHGLWV WR REWDLQ WKH FHUWLĂ€FDWLRQ
Commissioning 3URMHFWV SODQQLQJ WR DWWDLQ D /((' &HUWLÀFDWLRQ VKRXOG FRPSO\ ZLWK VHYHQ SUHUHTXLVLWHV ,Q FDVH RI QRW FRPSO\LQJ ZLWK DQ\ RI WKHVH QR FHUWLÀFDWLRQ FDQ EH obtained. One of these prerequisites, for the Energy and Atmosphere section, is to implement a Commissioning Process (CxP) for the project. Additionally, Energy and Atmosphere Credit 3 awards 2 points to the projects that implement and Enhanced Commissioning process. The objective of a CxP is to develop a quality assurance procedure that starts at the inception phase, and spans over the design, construction and operation phases, that guarantees that the building performs according to the Owner´s Project Requirements. PAYC is pioneer in Colombia in the performance of this service.
