CAMP Rodriguez, Butuan City – The No. 1 most wanted person in the town of Las Nieves, Agusan del Norte fell into the hands of the police, Friday morning.

Captured right in his residence was Marcos L. Palingcod, 36 years old. The arrest was issued by Judge Eduardo S. Casals of RTC Branch 1 (Butuan City) for violation of RA 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Act).
