When an item is selected (picture box, colour block, text box) use the Text Wrap pallet to add a ‘Wrap’ to an item. If you add a ‘Wrap’ to an item, it will ‘nudge’ any text near the item. Line Tool For drawing Lines Add Wrap Use for box items

When text is selected hold down ‘CTRL’ and hit ‘B’ for additional options

When a text box is selected use this to increase / decrease the text box indent Use this to align the text in a text box to the top, bottom or to force justification (force fill the text box)

Ignore Text Wrap (See previous page for Text Wrap) If you have multiple text boxes and you don’t want one or more of them to be affected by a text wrap - click on the text box(s) and select this option

PDF Creation Go to: File / Export... Make sure ‘Save as type:’ is set to Adobe pdf (Print) Select ‘Press Quality’
