TUBOD, Lanao del Norte -- A fuel tanker truck containing 18 thousand liters of petroleum products overturned in the capital town of Tubod last February 27, blocking the main street of the community.
The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO) immediately dispatched a response team to assess the accident around 2 a.m. Standard operating procedures and protocols in handling hazardous and volatile materials were strictly observed by emergency responders to stabilize the situation.
