Surigao City receives 3 water pumps from DA by Annette Villaces
BUTUAN CITY-- The city agriculture office has received a total of three water from the Department of AgricultureRegional Office 13 to be distributed to the three barangays of the city. City Agriculturist Isaias Elumba bared that the said water pumps will be used for the irrigation system of barangays Mat-I, Togbongon and Brgy. Quezon. “These water pumps will surely be of great help for the farmers especially during summer time and drought,� Elumba said. He also bared that four more
