Organizational Management Associate in Applied Science — AAS 3727 60 Credits The Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Organizational Management program provides students with a customized curriculum specific to the student's individual needs in addition to the knowledge and skills needed in today's changing workplace. The program develops leadership and communication skills and techniques for planning, directing, and evaluating business situations, with an emphasis on effective allocation of time, money, materials, space, and personnel. The curriculum combines coursework in leadership with a general education component. Organizational Leadership Certificate of Completion — CCL 5731 18 Credits The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Organizational Leadership provides students with knowledge and skills needed in today's changing workplace.
