Exhibitor Information Benefits of Being an Exhibitor The PPG Summit is one of the top conferences for pet training and behavior professionals to attend. There will be over 250 pet professionals in attendance as well as world renowned pet industry experts who will be speaking at the event. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products to some of the most well-educated, forward-thinking professionals in the pet industry. Our pet professionals are always looking for products to suggest to their clients and colleagues that are consistent with PPG’s exacting requirements and Guiding Principles.
1. Delivery address 8 Greenfield Parade, Bankstown, NSW, 2200. Loading Dock access on McDonald Lane as per attached pdf.
2. Fees (As communicated by the event centre) If you need assistance from the event centre for moving or unloading from the loading dock labour is charged at $40.00 per hour per helper for a minimum of 4 hours. This includes assistance to the rooms and or assistance with any heavy items or anything requiring a forklift etc. This also applies to bumping out at the end of the conference. Please note, the loading dock access has an elevator that is controlled by security tags. As such, anyone entering into the lift must have a staff member accompanied by them as the elevator will not go anywhere without a tag presented.
3. Power to tables
This can be arranged and needs to be requested when you submit your Exhibitor form.
4. Internet
The internet for the vendors is covered by the cost of the internet purchased by PPG in the Ballroom.

When you complete your Vendor Application Form and pay your deposit we will contact you to discuss your individual “Experience”. Each vendor will have an opportunity for a focused “Experience” during the event. This “Experience” will be communicated via the podium from the General Session on the day. The “Experience” is a unique event, product display, book signing or special offer that motivates the attendees to visit your booth and interact with you. We will help you create an “Experience” unique to your needs and product.
