Pi Chapter Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Centennial Anniversary For over one hundred years, Pi Chapter of The Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity Incorporated has been Setting the Pace. On October 28th, 1923, Pi Chapter was chartered on the campus of Morgan College in Baltimore, Maryland by eight noble men headed by the Honorable Brother Linwood G. Koger. It is with esteemed honor; the City of Baltimore salutes the thousands of men who call Pi Chapter home and crossed those burning sands. Your collective commitment to Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift stretches from Baltimore to the rest of the world.
