lectures the institute for law and economics presents two series of public lectures: law and entrepreneurship and distinguished jurist. in sponsoring these events, the institute aims to spotlight and honor lawyers who have led noteworthy careers and made significant contributions as corporate executives and entrepreneurs, or as jurists at the state or federal levels.
Audiences are drawn from all sectors of the University and the legal and business communities. These eminent speakers hold particular appeal and inspiration for students of Penn’s Law School and the Wharton School, with whom they talk informally at receptions following each lecture.
