Customer Success Executive Workshop facilitated by Lemon Operations.


What to expect? Your investment:: Your time – we know your time is valuable, but to benefit fully from the workshop, it is very important that you take the time to participate 100% all 3 days, both during the Lemon Operations workshop and review sessions. Equally important is dedicating time to define, develop and review the subsequent 100-day program. Your outcome: You will get an understanding on what is means to be a customer centric company. How can customer success help you increase company revenue, reduce churn rate and create more loyal customers? This workshop takes a holistic view at a high level and so is targeted at decision makers within Autodesk Gold partners. Future Group support: Future Group is here to help you – your FG partner manager will participate in the workshop alongside you and will do a daily follow up in conjunction with the FG customer success team. We want to ensure you are able to achieve the best possible outcomes from your time invested with us. Your Future Group partner manager, supported by the Customer Success team, will work with you to

prepare a 100-day success plan following the workshop. As a part of this follow up, Future Group will be pleased to support you with internal/individual CS sessions with other stakeholders in your company as needed to roll-out the details of your 100-day plan. Price: Participation in the workshop is free of charge. However, if you do not show up without cancellation at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop, there will be a no-show fee of 100 EUR. Your Future Group partner manager will be pleased to provide your more information about the CS workshop.

Customer Success is one of the most important business assets in the Cloud Economy. But it is also an emerging concept that keeps evolving by the day. Over the past years we have looked at nurture and adoption, how to avoid churn and how we can expand our existing customers. This workshop will demonstrate a comprehensive approach that involves the whole company and aims to increase customer outcomes.

Executive level workshop Lemon Operations has a proven track-record of success having worked with hundreds of companies globally to build their Customer Success strategies and plans. In collaboration with Autodesk, Lemon Operations has developed this workshop specifically for Autodesk partners. This workshop is for the Executive level and will run online over 3 days. After the workshop Future Group will work together with you to build a 100-day plan about how you can implement a customer centric strategy within your company.

The workshop will take place: Tuesday the 21st September Thursday the 23rd September 2021 - each day at 9:00 – 12:00 CET. Each day there will be a 1 hour follow up during the afternoon provided by Future Group to follow up your outcome of today’s workshop, how it resonate with your business, and how/if you could implement this in your company.
