Tax Credits Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit employers receive for hiring individuals that fall under certain target groups that may face significant barriers to employment. We submit employee forms to the state to start the certification process and track your WOTC credits. When you are ready for tax filing, a report of your earned credits will be delivered to you.
