Are you in the book? For the first time ever, Equestrian Sport Productions has teamed up with photographer Jack Mancini, of ManciniPhotos, to create a photographic coffee table book that captures the spirit of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in all its glory. Exhibitors, owners, and trainers often do not have time during the FTI WEF to step back and absorb all of the activities that take place around them, and the FTI WEF Yearbook brings all of the action from the 2010 circuit back to life, with each flip of a page. The 2010 FTI WEF Yearbook documents the entire 2010 circuit on a week-by-week basis. Each chapter, which is arranged by the competition week, includes a recap of the week’s competition, as well as a list of the champions and reserve champions of every division that competed throughout the week. One section of the FTI WEF Yearbook even catalogs all of the 2010 overall circuit champions, and their runners up. “Horses are a passion of mine, and to work closely with them and the great people in this industry is incredible. I am honored to have the opportunity to provide a lasting memory of the biggest equestrian event in the world,” Mancini said. In order to represent the true magnitude of WEF, Mancini included shots of every division that took place over the 2010 season- from the lead line to the Grand Prix, and everything in between. Everybody knows that an important part of the FTI WEF is the social scene, and Mancini was able to display the enjoyment from many parties and fundraisers that took place throughout the 12 weeks of the season as well. “When Jack came to me about the project I said of course!” said Katherine Bellissimo. “As the festival grows in stature internationally, an annual yearbook showcasing the 12 weeks at WEF seems like something visitors and riders alike would love to see. I hope the Yearbook will become an annual collector’s item – like the L’Annee Hippique – high quality, glossy photos, behind the scenes, the big name stars, and the crowds. We hope to capture the excitement of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival.” The FTI WEF Yearbook is sure to become a collector’s item, and makes a great gift for equestrians and non-equestrians alike. The FTI WEF Yearbook gives everyone an insight to the
