About Our Props Here at Passion for Flowers we are proud to share our amazing array of props. Our collection has been hand selected and curated from our travels around the country and abroad and offers an excellent choice for your wedding. Many items are exclusive to Passion for Flowers. Please browse our collection if you are looking for props and styling ideas, WOW statement pieces, linens or candles and tea light holders to make your wedding truly unique. The hire guide has been set out with inspiration photos and style sections from silver, crystal glass to rustic and many more. Our consultation rooms are packed with ideas so when you have your wedding consultation you can see our range of props. As we are constantly adding to our range of props and decorations, not all items are listed so if there is something specific you are looking for please get in touch to see if we have it or can source it for you. karen@passionforflowers.net Each prop has been given a name and measurement demonstrating the height. If the items is named assorted this means the image shows a collection of similar items but please note they are often vintage finds and may not all be identical. We believe you will love our range of props and hire items and look forward to adding them to your wedding or event. Our team will deliver them to your venue on the day of your wedding, and can set them out along with your flowers.
How To Order To place your order please send an email to karen@passionforflowers.net using the subject ‘Prop Hire Order’ followed by your name and date of your wedding. Within the email list the items and quantity you would like with the exact name and page number found in the hire guide. If you are ordering candlesticks, hurricanes or tea light holders then candles and tea lights can be added to the order if you require. Please detail this in your email. If you are unsure of which items to hire to complement your wedding flowers and style please feel free to chat this through with one of our team on 01676 521089 or discuss this at your consultation. All the prices in the hire guide are quoted for up to 2 days. The wedding or event day and the collection/return day unless agreed by Passion for Flowers. Additional days hire may involve extra hire charges. If we are doing your wedding flowers, delivery will be made when we set up the venue on the day of the wedding and items will be collected the morning after the wedding or as agreed. If we are not creating the flowers for your wedding or event, hire items need to be collected from our premises in Warwickshire, or on occasion, we can arrange delivery and collection for you at an agreed price.

PASSION FOR FLOWERS Props Hire Guide Terms and Conditions 1. Equipment remains property of Passion for Flowers trading as Design Dreams Ltd. 2. Payment of ÂŁ100 or 25% of the estimated hire spend, whichever is the lower, plus a returnable bond of ÂŁ200, must be made at time of booking, final balance to be paid 6 weeks before wedding or event date. 3. Hire costs are inclusive of VAT. 4. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash. 5. The hirer is responsible for insuring goods from the time of acceptance until returned to our premises. 6. All goods will be hired out clean and ready to use, and should be returned in the same condition. 7. The deposit bond will be refunded after items have been returned and checked by staff. Shortages or damaged goods will be charged at full retail value. 8. Prices quoted are for a hire period of 2 days only. The wedding or event day and the collection day unless agreed by Passion for Flowers. Additional days hire may involve extra hire charges. 9. For Passion for Flowers clients having booked their wedding flowers with us an additional delivery charge may be needed for large scale props or a large quantity of items. This will be confirmed when we know the scope of the order. 10. Prices for setting out any hired items will be detailed in your wedding quote. 11. If you have not booked your flowers with Passion for Flowers but are hiring items from us delivery charges will apply or collection and return to our warehouse may be an option. 12. Passion for Flowers is under no liability whatsoever for any injury or damage to persons or property or loss of profit claimed by the hirer in respect of any interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or any failure to deliver, from the use of any equipment under hire.
