Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Victoria station, this modern hotel can host your complete event under one roof. Celebrate in style in one of our private banqueting suites with packages from £65.00 excluding VAT per person. This package is suitable for 50 to 400 guests, and includes a welcome drink and nibbles on arrival, a three-course festive meal, half a bottle of house wine and a disco with a DJ to party the night away. We can also offer bespoke packages dependant on your requirements from a small intimate drinks party for 20 people, to a canapé reception for up to 700 people. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All events require advanced booking. 2. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required for all Christmas Parties and private dining at the time of booking. 3. Full prepayment is required eight weeks prior to event date. 4. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve Celebrations. 5. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for New Year’s Eve accommodation packages. 6. Refund and cancellation policy: deposits and full prepayments are non-refundable. 7. Payment can be made by credit card or cheques made payable to Park Plaza Victoria London. Full prepayment must be received eight weeks prior to event date for Christmas Parties and private dining. 8. Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Hotel of any guest who have either food allergy or food intolerance in advance of the Event. Upon the Client’s written request (such requests to be made at least two weeks prior to the first Event Date), the Hotel will supply allergen ingredient data for all menu items. 9. Any special dietary requirements must be received by the Hotel no later than two weeks prior to your event. 10. Event prices exclude VAT and service. 11. Accommodation is subject to availability.
