October 2015 Paragon and Janet, my Relocation Consultant, helped make my move seamless. I didn't have one issue, which is extraordinary with a cross‐ country move. I can't thank them enough! ___ Connie was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive. The move experience was seamless and could not have been without excellent support from Connie. To be honest, I am running out of words to describe help and support provided. Thank you. ___ Over the years in the military, I have had many opportunities to move and I can say by far, this was one of the smoothest moves my family has been part of. ___ Kelly was great and she went above and beyond in most ways! ___ Really, we were very impressed with everyone at every turn. Janet of Paragon was fantastic, as was Linda with Darryl Flood. The process was easy, everyone was always professional and helpful. The crews at departure and arrival were great as well ‐‐ too many names for me to remember! Thank you!
Moving is a very stressful time and there are so many balls in the air. At the time things seem difficult and haphazard, but in the end the service was very good and it all worked out. Paragon certainly has a tough job trying to make it all go smoothly, and I am sure Paragon is unappreciated for their efforts.
