1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Affix tape to card and stitch border. 3 Die-cut squares from cardstock to create frame. 4 Tie twine to frame and adhere to card. 5 Affix cake and alphabet to spell “Party”. 6 Thread button with floss and adhere.

1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Stamp happy birthday on cardstock rectangle; draw lines with pen. 3 Adhere panel to card. 4 Die-cut pennants from cardstock; stamp cursive text. 5 Adhere twine to card. Adhere pennants with foam tape.
