1 Make card from cardstock. 2 Trim vellum panel to make frame with bottom inside corner a quarter circle. 3 Die-cut lattice from vellum, trim and adhere behind frame. Adhere to card with foam tape. 4 Die-cut flourish from cardstock; adhere. Punch branches from cardstock; adhere. Die-cut flowers from cardstock, form flowers, and adhere. Apply glitter glue. 5 Trim cardstock strip; notch ends. Stamp sentiment; adhere with foam tape.
