Ah-choo! cover your nose with a tissue, Cough on your elbow if you need to, Throw your tissue away, That way you’ll stay okay, And keep others from getting Ah-choos! It’s fun to push trains through tunnels, But you mustn’t chew on their funnels, Don’t chomp on your toys, Or let girls and boys, Gnaw off your tracks and trestles. Eat your fruits and vegetables, Yummy carrots, oranges, apples, Eating good food each day, Helps keep flu bugs away, So you don’t get coughs ‘n sniffles. Go to sleep when mother says to, So you get the rest that you need to, No playing through the night, Under covers by flashlight, So each morning you’ll feel fresh and new. Why aren’t you outside running?
