Since Chung Jark Gallery opened in 1987, the Gallery has annually presented average 10 times of planned exhibitions to help debut not only young artists but also famous artists to the art world. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary, the Gallery created the “Chung Jark Art Award� for the exceptionally talented young artist. It has professionally been raising and introducing young artists to the public.
