Not so fast, says Arthur Mbgua, who along with his wife, Mara Gil, last September started a green-jobs company based in San Anselmo called CleanGarbageCan. It may have been coincidence or a fortuitous stroke of unanticipated genius, but to a resident who has a can that needs cleaning, it could be a blessing.
