As the academic year rapidly approaches, Housing and Greek Life is ready to welcome, or welcome back, nearly 2,700 students who live on-campus or are involved in the social Greek community. This time of year is full of energy and excitement, but it is also filled with items that need to get done to be ready to start the year. For those of you moving into a residence hall, apartment community or University-owned Greek facility, this means knowing when you can arrive.
Check-In times for Fall 2013: Transfer Students Wednesday, August 14: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM * Check-in will occur at Grace Covell Hall International Students Sunday, August 18: all day * Check-in with International Programs and Services in Bechtel International Center First-Year Students Attending August Orientation 3 Monday, August 19: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM * Check-in location is determined by hall assignment. Pick-up PacificCard prior to check-in First-Year Pharmacy Students Tuesday, August 20: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM * Check-in location is determined by hall assignment First Year Students Who Attended June Orientation 1 or 2 Thursday, August 22: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM * Check-in location is determined by hall assignment Returning Students Saturday, August 24: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Check-in location is determined by hall assignment

For those of you arriving on Monday, August 19, or Thursday, August 22, the Greek Move-In Crew will be present at check-in stations to help you move into your room.
