ON THE COVER: A student team in Pacific’s School of Engineering and Computer Science spent their senior year designing and building a prosthetic limb for a dog that lost its leg in a car accident. “Having an overall goal to help this dog be able to walk was definitely a motivation for us,” said bioengineering major Evelyn Sanchez. “And it definitely felt like the work that we were doing was fulfilling something greater than just a senior project.”
