Now, take a moment to stop, and think about your reaction when you hear this...do you pay attention to it to find out if there is an actual emergency, or does it annoy you to the point of where you change the station? Now, stop and think about this...when you are going through a storm in your life, what is your reaction? Do you try to ignore it because it annoys you, or do you stop to listen to the message that is in it while you are going through it? Be honest with yourself when you think about this. When you have to deal with a "weather emergency" in your life it is not always because you done something to deserve it, or because God done this to you... I say this because that may be the mentality of many people, generally because storms are hard to deal with. Those "weather emergencies" are things that God has allowed us to go through, only to get us to the point that He wants us to be in. There was a time that even I didn't stop to take the time to think about it in that sense. Sometimes the storms are so heavy that we can't see through the windshield, even with the wipers on, but don't think that you are stuck...sometimes you just have to pull over and let the storm subside some. Pray your way through it when it gets tough...God will keep you through it all, even when it gets rough and you have to pull over, He is there with you, protecting you from the harsh points of it. There is nothing that is too hard for you especially when you keep God as your captain. Even in our walk with Him, there will be storms that we will have to endure that will seem as though we are unable to make it through them, but know that..."This is a test from your emergency broadcasting network...God."
