If you’re just starting to explore 3D printing, the Phrozen range could be a good option for you. The Phrozen Sonic 4K and the Phrozen Sonic 4K XL 3D printers are both specifically designed for dental use. These printers are at an affordable entry point for dentists or dental technicians that wish to explore the possibilities of digital workflows.
Both 3D printers feature the latest in MSLA LCD 4K technology, with integrated heaters and air purifiers. They also have 405nm light sources enabling them to print either 385nm or 405nm compatible resins. The printers have great connectivity via USB, Ethernet or WiFi. They also come with free professional slicing software that is very simple to use. Both printers also feature “Print Resume” in the unfortunate event of a power cut, this will ensure that the printer carries on printing from where it stopped, to complete you prints without issues.
The Phrozen Sonic 4K features 3840 x 2160 pixels, ultra-high-definition printing at 35 microns XY resolution with 722ppi. It also has a 6.1 inch printing area and a print volume of 13.4 x 7.5 x 20cm.
The Phrozen Sonic XL 4K features a 9.3 inch printing area and a print volume of 20 x 12.5 x 20cm, for those that want to print in bigger volumes. This printer can also print at up to 52 microns XY resolution.
