orn on June 1, 1965 at the Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, HON. RICARTE ROBLEDO PADILLA is fondly called “Bondong” to his family and “Kuya Dong” to his friends and to most of the people of this gold-mining municipality. He is the youngest son of the late Governor Roy Padilla, Sr. and son to former Municipal Councilor Carmelita Robledo Padilla. While a graduate of BS Marine Transportation, he owes his wealth of experience thru the pharmaceuticals marketing, an opportunity he has honed to build his own company as the entrepreneur towards the distribution of various medical products and equipment. The FAMED Group of Companies the flagship of his growing business enterprise is the fruit of his hard labor. Being the responsible father to three children and a loving wife Shenet, he shuttles without reservations every weekend to his family who resides in Parañaque, Metro Manila. Mayor Dong’s work ethics is characterized with the discipline of a work horse never tiring, fast-paced and with a clear vision towards objectives he sets. He extends his office hours to make sure that everything is in place while everyone is duly taken care of. When necessary, work finds him at home multi-tasking. He wakes up to client-calls early in the morning and extends time to entertain others even after work hours. Kuya Dong is known for his dedication towards the public servant he has advocated for himself. He has accepted his mandate to become not just the Mayor but a doctor to some, a lawyer to those in distress, an engineer towards the assessments of public works and the philanthropist to many.
