Giving Back for the Holidays...and Beyond! [HALIFAX, NS - Jan 11th] The Holidays are the perfect time to give back, especially when you’re a toy company! This year we ran a promotion where every new Facebook like and Twitter follower we received for the month of November resulted in one extra toy we would donate in December. Our final total was 316! As an extra thank you to our fans, we rounded that right up to 400. We started by sending 8 cases of product to the Kids Wish Network. These products went to their Holiday of Hope Gift Bank program and Kids Wish Network On Tour, which is specially designed to bring joy directly to the children who need it the most. We also dropped off over 100 toys at our local Movie Theatre toy drive, which are distributed to children throughout our community and sent about 100 more to the National Parenting Publications Awards Celebrity Stuff-a-thon.

We also made several smaller donations to Feed Nova Scotia, local school fundraisers, the YMCA, and more! The Orb Factory would like to thank everyone who takes the time to put together these programs, making it easy to ensure that our products are reaching children in need, not just over the Holiday season, but all year round.
