PARK PROTOCOL
1. Check-Out time is 11 AM. Check-In is 1 PM. No Refunds for early departures. 2. RV sites are limited to a maximum of 6 people. The standard rate is for 2 people and 2 pets under 25 pounds. NO STAKES of ANY kind allowed! No Tents permitted. No mats on the grass. 3. Speed limit is 4 1/2 MPH. No skateboards, scooters, bicycles, roller skates or ATVs. Motorized carts/golf carts allowed for Handicapped use only. 4. Pets MUST be on a leash, not to exceed 6 feet, at ALL times. Pick-up after your pet (bags available in office and in Pet Park). Pets may not be tied out at site. No pet pens or outdoor kennels. No aggressive pets/breeds allowed (ask in office). 5. All sewer lines connected to the sewer must be sealed. Notify office immediately of any spills. A cleanup fee may be assessed for improper dump/waste disposal. City water connections must not be allowed to leak. 6. Parking: Only in designated area. NO Parking on street; FIRE LANE. No parking in unoccupied sites. Overflow/ guest parking sites 33, 34 & 35 across from the office. No parking on grass ... your tires will crush our sprinkler lines. 7. Dumpster at entrance of park is for household trash only; Metal trash cans are provided on beach and near dumpster for charcoal/ashes. 8. Outside storage of items is not permitted. No clotheslines. Laundry located at office. 9. Fires: No woodburning fires at any time. Charcoal/gas grills with lids are OK. No firearms or fireworks permitted.

10. Quiet Hours: Sun.- Thurs. 10 PM thru 8 AM; Fri.-Sat. 11 PM thru 8 AM. 11. Parents are responsible for and must supervise their children in all areas of the park. 12. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by parent or responsible adult in or near river area. No Styrofoam™ or glass containers on the beach or in the river. 13. Visitors must check in with the office, leave by 10 PM & park in sites 33-35 only. Number of visitors will be limited. Check with office. Guest is responsible for visitors adhering to all park rules. 14. No Washing of vehicles or rigs permitted at your site. 15. Guest Services: You are welcome to use our patio for get-togethers. Volleyball, badminton & horseshoes are available at the office FREE of charge. RV supplies, personal care items, 10lb bags of ICE & bottled water are for sale at the park office. Propane delivery is available weekly (check for dates and make your reservation in the office). 16. Use of the Facilities: All persons use the facilities at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property. The responsible party will pay for damage or destruction of resort property. Failure to follow park rules may result in eviction. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises without a refund.
