• Additional guests over 2 people will cost $5 per person / per day unless under 6 years of age.
• All Sites, Rentals and Hotel Rooms: 11:00 a.m.
• Unless otherwise stated 2 adult guests are included in rate.
Late Check-Out Policy:
• Children under the age of 6 are included in the rate.
• RV Sites: Late check-out must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour or portion of an hour. RV resort guests who remain after 12:30 p.m. will be charged an additional night’s stay.
• Unless otherwise stated, 6 guests maximum (including children) per RV space.
• Airstream/Vintage Trailer Rentals & Hotel Rooms: Late check-out must be pre-arranged at a cost of $10.00 per hour or portion of an hour. Hotel guests who remain after 12:30 p.m. will be charged an additional night’s stay.
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Guest Services: Offered until 1 p.m. Pet Policy: • RV Sites: Pets are welcome, subject to a 2 pet max. Please inform us if you have pets when you check in. • Hotel Rooms: Pets are welcome in select rooms, subject to a 2 pet max. Please inform us if you have pets when you check in. • Airstream/Vintage Trailer Rentals: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Security:
• Keep your valuables and bikes locked up. • Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately. • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Quiet Hours: • Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. • Please be courteous to other guests around you. • Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. • Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
• Pets must be kept on a maximum 10 foot leash at all times and under the control of their owner. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
• Profanity or violence towards others or the park team will not be tolerated.
• Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pet. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
• Please call the Front Desk to learn more about our monthly rates and to reserve your stay. Monthly reservations cannot be made online.
• Pets are prohibited in Resort Buildings and common areas, such as pool areas, laundry, fitness room, meeting rooms and bath houses.
Monthly Reservations:
• Reservations start on the first of each month. Contract may be required.
• For the protection of, and in consideration of our guests, noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities.
• Hospitality units do not qualify for a monthly rate.
• Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, owner of pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
Propane Available: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (or dusk)
• Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.
Coin-Op laundry: Located on site next to the meeting rooms. Open 6 a.m. and closes automatically at 12 midnight.
• Pets entering a non-pet hotel room and rental trailers will result in a $200 fine.
State Law Ordinance: Requires that all sewer hoses are kept off the ground. Hose supports and connection adapters required. Sold at the store. Campfires: Must be monitored at all times in designated fire pits only. Extinguish when done. No wood fires at RV sites due to safety concerns.
Vehicle Policy:
Dollar changer and Newspapers: Located outside, in front of the registration building.
• All RVs must be RVIA certified and are subject to management approval.
General Store: Located inside the lobby. RV supplies, gifts, clothing, hats, food, drinks, ice cream, ice and toys.
• One habitable and one non-habitable vehicle are allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site.
The Big Horn Restaurant and Saloon: Located in the lobby; offers great food, specials, desserts, draft and bottled beer, wine and liquor.
• Extra vehicles may be included for a fee of $5 per day / $25 per week subject to availability. • Observe the speed limit.
Coffee/Espresso Bar: Located in lobby.
• Working on vehicles is prohibited.
Bath House and Pool Area access: See front desk for 4 digit code.
• All vehicle license numbers must be recorded at the Main Office.
Observe all pool and spa rules: Posted at the complex.
• Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.
Pool: Opens at 9 a.m. and closes automatically at 10 p.m.
