It’s nice to have you with us, Neighbor! You’ve probably noticed that folks seem to get along a whole lot better if they know what is expected of ’em, so we’ve put together a list of guidelines to help. The Lazy “L” RV Park Family
Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM. (But we can be flexible so check with the Office if you have a need for extra time.) If staying over, please re-register by noon. Parking: Only one camping unit and one other vehicle per site please, and no parking on the grass. Additional vehicles must be parked in our parking lot. Special arrangements for long-term guests may be made at the office. Speed Limit: 5

Campsite Cleanliness: We don’t allow outside storage of stuff. Please keep your campsite clean and neat.
Sewer: Sewer hose must be fastened tightly, using a threaded connector, rigid elbow or a donut! Please replace cap on sewer opening when you leave.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7 AM. Be considerate of your neighbors.

Smoking: Due to city ordinance, please do not smoke in any of the buildings.
Clotheslines: Not allowed. Dryers are available in the laundry room.
Trash: Deposit trash in Dumpster located on Wilson Street by the green house. Household trash only.
Repairs/Service: No routine mechanical repairs or service, including changing oil or lubing.
Recreational Facilities: Are for registered guests only.
Alcoholic Beverages: At your site only. NO ALCOHOL in any of the buildings.
Trees: We love our trees. Please treat ’em lovingly by not tying anything or anybody to ’em, or damaging ’em in any way.
Restroom/Laundry: We sorta like ’em the way they are, so please help us keep ’em clean and tidy. If you make a mess, that’s OK as long as you clean it up. Please, no pets or washing dishes in these buildings. Mail: Deposit outgoing mail at the front desk. Fires: Do not build any fires, except in grills.
Firearms: It’s Lazy L’s tradition to hang up your shootin’ iron when you come in. No loaded firearms, BB guns, or fireworks allowed. Noise: Loud or offensive noises will not be tolerated at any time. Washing Vehicles: Not allowed. Liability: Tenants will be responsible for any misconduct or damages caused by their children or guests.
We reserve the right to add to or change these rules if we want to. We are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft or other conditions beyond our control, and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. We like our Park and the folks who stay with us, and we appreciate your help in keeping it a nice place to circle your wagon. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. Have a good time, and y’all come back now!!
We look on pets as part of your family, and we’re glad to have ’em! But critters need a few ground rules for a pleasant stay, too. • You are responsible for picking up your pet’s droppings. • Pets may not be left outside when owners are not at the campsite. • Keep ’em on a leash, please, but no longer than six feet. (Our coyotes love loose pets.) • No pets in buildings, pool area, or playground area.

Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty— swim at your own risk. Swimsuits only— no cutoffs or swimming in clothes. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please dry off before going into restrooms, store, laundry and clubhouse. • No glass allowed in pool area. Please use ashtrays and empty when leaving.
We and the rest of your neighbors sure appreciate your cooperation!
We welcome families with children, and we love to see kids having fun under the watchful eye of a caring parent. • All children must be at their assigned campsite by 10:00 PM.
