GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.

• THE PARK:

• 5 MPH Speed Limit

• Check out time is 11:00a.m.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00p.m. - 8:00a.m. Please be courteous of your neighbors.

• Only one RV and one vehicle per site. Tents must have a registered tent site. Check the office for additional accommodations for you and your guests.

• All visitors must register at the office.

• No open fires. The burning of wood or fireworks are not permitted in the park.

• SMOKING: Smoking outside is prohibited within 30 feet of any entrance. Properly dispose of cigarette butts.

• Facilities: Children must be accompanied by an adult when in our clubhouses, laundry facilities and showers.

• YOUR SITE:

• Electrical Panel: Please be sure the electrical breaker is in the off position before plugging in your cord. Once securely inserted, switch on.

• Sewer Connections: Full service sites are equipped with 2 sewer hook-ups, one next to the electrical panel and one further back. Use whichever one is most convenient. For safety and hygiene, please be sure a positive sewer seal of both ends of the sewer hose in maintained.

• Trash: Covered containers are provided. Please deposit your trash in tied bags in the containers.

• We want to keep our grass nice for all of our guests. Confine fences, mats, rugs and picnic tables to the graveled area and refrain from parking or driving on the lawns.

• Close your awning if you are leaving for the day. Ennis is notorious for sporadic and strong bursts of wind.

FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS: Please follow these rules for a fantastic park experience.

• Dogs must be on a leash and under your supervision at all times when in the park.

• Do not leave your pet unattended inside or outside during the day or night.

• A continuously barking dog in a RV is considered a dog in distress and animal control will be called.

• When your fur babies POOP, you SCOOP!

• Lawns are watered and mowed throughout the week. If you are leaving for the day, please move personal items off of the grass so our team can keep your space beautiful. Do not move picnic tables.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE RULES AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE TENANCY OF ANY SITE DUE TO CAMPGROUND RULE VIOLATIONS OR ANY OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT.
