Park Policies

To ensure the happiness of each guest, please adhere to the following rules:

1. NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND. Violators will be asked to leave the park.

2. NO WOOD-BURNING FIRES OF ANY KIND.

3. Our amenities are limited so we ask that you limit the number of outside visitors. Each site is limited to 6 people per site, regardless of age.

4. Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 8:00AM

5. The speed limit through the park is 5 MPH. Please be mindful of dog walkers and children playing in the park.

6. NO DRONES. The devices are capable of damaging rigs and people.

7. MAXIMUM OF 3 DOGS PER SITE , please clean up after them immediately and no pens, pet fences or pet carriers are allowed outside. Dogs are not allowed on the beach. They must be on a leash or lead no longer than 6 feet long and barking should be kept at a minimum.

8. Our pool can be enjoyed from 9:00am until 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass of any kind near or in the pool.

9. Children must be supervised. This is especially important when using our bath house.

10. A solid sewer connection is required by Florida law. You must have a connector or a donut on your sewer hose end that fits tightly into the sewer pipe so no fumes will escape. We sell the donuts in the office should you need one.

11. Please do not tie clotheslines, lights, hammocks, etc., to the park’s trees. Also, we do not allow drying racks.

12. CHECK OUT IS 11:00AM. Please be mindful that check in is at 12:00pm and your site must be available for the next guest that is arriving. All late check outs must be pre-approved by the office. If you check out after 11:00 am without approved late check out, an hourly late fee will be charged.

13. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

14. Drivers of motorized golf carts must have a valid driver’s license. No hoverboards, electric scooters, Barbie cars, etc., can be used in the park.

15. Smokers, please pick up your cigarette butts. Please dispose of them properly. This includes the beach area.

16. There is no outside sleeping of any kind. This includes screen canopies and tents.

17. Rugs and mats cannot be on the grass. These kill the grass and they interfere with our sprinkler system. Also, canopies are allowed only if they do not have a floor.

Rig Washing: You are welcome to wash your car or rig, free of charge. However, please use only the green-capped water connections (this is well water). Call if you need a longer hose.

Parking: Parking passes are needed for all vehicles. Extra vehicles can park in the overflow areas. Please do not park any vehicle on empty sites. Please do not park on the grass (sprinkler heads are beneath the grass), concrete patio, or in the road. Vehicles not complying with these rules will be subject to towing at owner’s expense.

Dog Parks & Beaches

Pensacola Dog Beach is right on the Gulf. It is open from sunup to sundown. Your dog must be leashed, and cleanup is a must.

Directions: This dog beach is 17 miles from our park. Go over the Navarre Beach Bridge, and make a right at the stop sign. Continue and look for a sign on the left with a German Shepherd picture. It is before the high-rises, and the park is on the left.

Navarre Dog Parks: Go west on 98, take 87 N, and make a right on High School Blvd. The large dog park (for dogs 25 pounds & over) is across from Navarre High School Gym. For small dogs (up to 25 pounds), the park is located north of the gym. This park is a little harder to find, since you go through a gate to the entrance. (You think you are going to the ballfield; just keep going). Both parks are open from sunrise to sunset. Areas include fenced and irrigated grass areas, security lighting, shade trees, benches, a 12- by 24-foot pavilion and an automatic watering bowl.
