Bear Cove Village Cabins Bear Essentials
(sleeps 5). – The Bear Essentials cabins have an outside grill, picnic table, wood burning fire pit, electricity, heat and air conditioning, full bath with shower, flat screen TV with cable, full kitchen, microwave, and a coffee pot. These cabins have 3 rooms, the common room that includes the kitchen and 1 bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top, the bath room, and a bedroom with a double bed. You can bring your own sleeping bags and towels or we can provide your linens for a small fee. Nightly Rate - $69.99
Black Bears Den
(sleeps 8-10) – The Black Bears Den cabins have an outside grill, picnic table, wood burning fire pit, electricity, heat and air conditioning, full bath with shower, flat screen TV with cable, full kitchen, microwave, and a coffee pot. These cabins have 4 rooms, the common room that includes the kitchen, and living area, a bedroom that includes 2 bunk beds with twins on top and double beds on the bottom, the bath room, and a bedroom with a double bed. You can bring your own sleeping bags and towels or we can provide them for a small fee. Nightly Rate - $99.99 Please park your vehicle in designated parking for cabins. Large vehicles need to park in the additional parking area. Please do not block the drive in front of the cabins. This is a fire lane and we are required to keep it open by the Fire Department. Any vehicles blocking the fire lane will be asked to move or will be towed at owner’s expense. Maximum speed limit is 5 mph so please drive the loop with extreme caution. To exit the park from the cabins turn left onto main drive in the park (one way road) the speed limit is 5 mph. If you would like Bear Cove Village to supply your sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels please let us know at the time of booking, a $15.99 per night fee will apply to the Bear Essentials cabins and a $29.99 per night fee for the Black Bear’s Den.

Pet Rules
Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners’ Be Responsible! vehicles and may not be left unattended at any time. Do not tie pets to any type of tree or bush. • Fees are payable in advance at the office during regular business hours. If you wish to stay another day or delay your departure, please check with the office to make sure if incoming reservations have been assigned to your site or cabin. Check in time is 12 pm for sites and 2 pm for cabins. Check out time is 11 am. • One camping vehicle and one driving vehicle are permitted per site. Cabin guests are asked to park in the paved parking area near cabins. • Visitors must be registered at the office and applicable fees paid. Visitor’s vehicles and extra vehicles must be parked in designated area. • Campfires are to be built in the area provided at each site and must not be left unattended. • 911 phones are located on the exterior of each bath house. • Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your campsite and lack of moderation may require us to ask you to leave without refund. • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your fellow campers right to a good night’s sleep. • Speed limit in the Resort is 5 mph. Please observe all one way signs. • Place your bagged trash in the trash container before 10 am each morning and store remaining trash in your camper or cabin until the next morning. Because of our furry neighbors, place all food inside for the night. • Clotheslines are not permitted. The Laundry is located in each bath house. • Please do not park on grass. Park in designated areas only. • Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. • Violators of these rules and regulations may be asked to leave without a refund. These guidelines help to insure the health and safety of all our guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Rushing mountain streams, old-growth forest dominated by cove hardwoods and hemlocks, cascades, rapids and falls adorn the roadside, with many easily accessible hiking trails. To access Roaring Fork, follow the Parkway to Gatlinburg, traffic light #8. Follow the Historic Nature Trail Road to the Cherokee Orchard National Park entrance. Slightly beyond the Rainbow Falls trailhead is the one-way Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Please note that buses, trailers, motor homes and bicycles are not permitted on the motor nature trail.
