RV Admiralty Rules & Regulations

1. All visitors must register at the office before entering the Resort. Towing is enforced for all those without a parking permit. Check-In time is at 2 pm and Check-Out time is at 11 am and must be enforced for the next guest’s arrival. Late check-outs may be arranged at the office for $15.00 up to 2 pm if available. After 2 pm a full day’s stay will be applied.

2. This resort requires screw in sewer connections –no donut or hose just inserted in the sewer allowed. Water, grey water, or effluent MAY NOT be emptied on the ground.

3. It is the Resort’s policy that we do not issue credit or give refunds. If you choose to vacate a site prior to the end of your stay you relinquish any further right to the site.

4. Place all trash in the dumpsters provided. DO NOT place any household garbage in cans located in the restrooms, laundry room, pool area, or trash cans located around the Resort. Do not leave trash bags outside your RV. Trash can are not allowed outside at your site.

5. We do not allow tents or tarps.

6. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Keep noise at a minimum during this time. This includes the use of radios and TVs.

7. Standalone generators of any kind are prohibited.

8. Please obey all street signs and arrows. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.

9. Please respect your neighbors’ privacy and property. Do not walk across, behind, or around another occupied RV or cabin site.

10. This RV Resort and its management are not responsible for accidents, injury, loss, damage, or claims for damages to property of RVers due to fire, theft, or other causes.

11. RVers are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their, children, pets, and guest. For your safety, skateboards, roller skates, inline skates, bikes, and scooters are not allowed on sidewalks or out after dark.

12. Pets are welcome but must always be on a leash with you on the other end. Pets are not allowed outside unattended or in a cage/carrier of any kind. Bully breeds are prohibited as well as any other animal showing signs of aggression and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. You are responsible for your pet’s waste disposal. Fines of $20 per occurrence will be applied for non-removal of your pet’s waste. Pets are not allowed in any of our facilities.

13. Hanging or leaving clothes, swimsuits, or towels outside to dry is not allowed. No washing of clothes in machines or washing receptacles of any kind are allowed outside of your RV. Laundry facilities are provided and are open 24/7.

14. Vehicle washing is permitted only under certain conditions. Please call the office before you begin.

15. Vehicle Repair (engine, tires, oil, etc.) is not permitted in the Resort.

16. Firearms, lethal weapons, fireworks, slingshots, pellet, or BB guns are not permitted.

17. Pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm. NO LIFEGUARD on duty. No street clothes, T-shirts, or cutoffs allowed in the pool. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

18. No Appliances of any kind, exercise equipment, or household furniture allowed outside of your RV. Only outdoor furniture is allowed. No planting of trees or flowers. Potted plants and flowers are acceptable.

19. No open WOOD fires allowed at sites. Chimney pots or kettles are not permitted. BBQ grills may be used but with briquettes only NO WOOD of any kind may be used. PROPANE fire pits are allowed at your site NOT WOOD BURNING. Tiki torches or any freestanding burning yard decorations are not allowed.

20. PARKING or BLOCKING empty pad sites is prohibited. This can/will result in a daily rate charge or towing of your vehicle at your expense. See the office for extra parking or guest parking. All guests must have a parking permit. No parking on streets, patios, grass, gravel, or empty sites. 2 vehicles per registered guest only.

Disregard for any of the rules and regulations will be enough reason for terminating the guest’s stay without refund. Management reserves the right to add to or change these or other rules as circumstances require. Thank you for your patience in reading through these rules and regulations. We do request your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our Resort.

FREE Shuttle Bus to SeaWorld

Check at the Registration Desk for shuttle bus schedules. Be sure to sign up in advance. If there is no one signed up for a trip time, that run may be cancelled.

Mail and Messages

Your mail can be delivered here during your stay by using the Resort address and your site number. Mail can be picked up at the office mailboxes. Mail is typically sorted by 3:00 pm
