Secret Penquin’s new space at Mastercraft

I
n all types of creative design business, crafting a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity and productivity in its employees is essential to success, both artistically and professionally. Secret Penguin has created such an inspired workplace in their new home at the recently redeveloped Mastercraft Furniture building in North Downtown. “We are happy with the building and everyone that’s here. It has a really nice energy and it is nice to be around people that do similar things and bounce ideas off each other,” said Cody Peterson, Art + Interactive Director. As one enters the youth brand strategy and design agency’s new 1,250-square-foot space, unique characteristics and well-thought design intentions can be seen throughout. At the south end is an unpainted plywood conference-table/skateboard-ramp combo. The dual-purpose anchor, built by Jeff Chase, measures 8-feet in length, 4-feet in width, and stands 4-feet tall.
